Star's POV
I should probably talk to Marco... I kinda miss his company a little bit, and Jenna is not really the best company. I don't know how to talk to him though, everything is now awkward. But there's one thing that I’m sure of: that I don't want to lose him.
Marco's POV
Star and I have been really distant and awkward lately. (sigh) Marco what have you done? As I was walking to my next class, a tall man, who looks like a lawyer, stood infront of my blocking my way.
"Uhm excuse me?"
"Well hello young man, are you interested in karate perhaps?"
Oh maybe he's a teacher of a karate school who probably heard of me, I mean who wouldn't be interested in a professional such as myself.
"Yes, not to brag but I like to think I'm one of the best students in my dogo. Why are you some sort of karate teacher, dressed professionally?"
"Yes, if you're interested then I would like to give you a scholarship in my school."
Hmmmm.... Should I? It could be a great opportunity. Why not?
"Sure, why not?"
"Excellent, here's my card. Call if you want to meet up."
I took his card then he walked away. I looked at thr card as I walk to my next class. His name is Toffee.
----AfterSchool----
I walked home, alone. I admit, I do miss Star but I don't know how to talk to her. Why did I make things so awkward?
Star's POV
Should I go to his house? I probably should... (sigh) Okay Star you could do this, you're a Butterfly.
"Driver to Marco's house please."
----Marco'sHouse----
I knocked on the door waiting for a response. It opened to Mrs. Diaz giving me a warm smile.
"Hello Mrs. Diaz, is Marco here?"
"Oh I'm afraid you just missed him dear. He said he was going to see a Mr. Toffee for his karate stuff, but don't worry dear he'll be back."
Wait Toffee? The Toffee that has been trying to destroy our business and the one who's hunting for my family?!! Oh no I have to save Marco!
