Finns pov:
"Oh my god! Bayley what happened?!" Paige gasped as Dean and Seth walked over to see what all the commotion was about.
"Woah" was all they said
She recovered her eye and looked down. I sighed and looked at Seth who was looking for me for answers I just shook my head and look back at Bayley.
"Bay" Seth said stepping closer to her in between the girls
He cupped her face and moved her hair behind her ear.
I felt my heart sting for a second when he kissed her forehead
"You don't have to explain right now. Only when you're ready but you have to tell us eventually"
"It's just from a workout guys" she said slowly
"No it's not. If it was you would've said that before and you wouldn't have tried to hide it" Paige said
"That's true I remember once you got a fat lip from Sasha in a workout and you came in here like it was nothing" Dean pointed out
"Busted" she joked
"Just know we're here if you need us"Renee said before rushing off to the announce table since the show was starting. The rest of them walked off so I dropped Bayley off at her makeup chair. "Good luck explaining that black eye" I said before waking out to do my promo
As I was preparing to walk out I was told to wait. The tv behind me turned on so I turned to watch it
I was given a last minute script change and the video started to play. It was a video of my locker room door and the audio was last night with Bayley they didn't get any of the details just the screaming and the yelling
My music started abruptly so I walked out to meet Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman
"Care to explain what that was about Balor?" Paul's obnoxiously loud voice came through the microphone
"Frankly I don't know what this has to do with anything" I stated
"Well you want Brock Lesnar's title but you can't even handle Bayley of all people. How are you supposed to be the face of this company if you can't even handle the hugger?"
"I don't need to 'handle her'" I said stroking my chin in an annoyed way
"Really because she's not even your girlfriend and she still has you wrapped around her finger"
And with that Bayley's music started to play
No smiles no hugs just an angry Bayley with a mic. Her eye was covered up sufficiently. I helped her in the ring by taking her hand and pushing the ropes down with my foot
""Look what we have here, little Bayley coming out here to defend him. Cute. It won't be so cute when you're sitting in his hospital room after Brock kills the demon king"
She walked up to him and hit the microphone out of his hand and got in his face
I was honestly shocked at her actions but I went with it "finally someone shit him up." The crowd laughed and I walked towards Bayley a bit but Brock got in the way I was about to start throwing punches but he beat me to it.
Bayley screamed at Paul Heyman until he got out of the ring and waited for his client but she wasn't done yet
She came over to help me by jumping onto his waist tackling him to the floor and she started punching him I had to go over and pull her off of him.
She jumped out of my arms getting ready to set up her running knee but Brock grabbed her and before I could do anything he hit the F5 and there she was on the ground. I've been on the receiving end of that and it hurts. I can only imagine how bad that hurt since she was so much smaller than him.
That's it I lost it I ran after him and just started punching him and kicking him as hard as I could. I don't know why but when it came to her I lost control.
This went on for about 3 more minutes. That was until I heard triple H's music and Stephanie walked out with him.
He went over the microphone and yelled at us to stop it. Stephanie ran down the ramp with medics into the ring next to Bayley
I walked over to her and she looked rough. I don't know if it was just a lot of pressure from the F5 or she landed wrong but whatever it was hurt her.
Triple H is a professional so he made this an impromptu future match opportunity at wrestlemainia we would be in a mixed tag team match against Brock and Mickie James. This gives us an advantage since we were tag team partners in MMC.
After we went back stage I ran to the medic room to check on her.
