"How can we help you" the receptionist asked us as we walked in
"We have some more information on a case" Sasha said to the lady as Finn sat me down with him next to me
I really do have the best friends in the world. I can't believe I yelled at them the way I did. I have to make it up to them
"Miss Martinez? I'm officer Decker. I'm going to ask you to come into my office" she said putting her hand out towards her office
"C-can I bring my friends?" I asked knowing she would say no.
"Well you can bring one, it's a small room" she explained
"Sasha go I'll wait here" Finn said sitting down again. "A-actually. Finn I want you to go with me. You just calm me down. Sasha you know I love you but you don't exactly stay calm when something bad happens to me" I laughed slightly
She smiled at me and laughed with me "Well no one hurts my girl and gets away with it" she hugged me and sat back down
Finn didn't do anything he just sat there "Finn? You don't have to go if you don't want to I just-"
"Sorry. Yeah I'm coming I was just thinking" he said getting up.
"Okay this way" the officer said leading us away
As we walked I felt Finn's hands on my lower back leading me in front of him. It felt nice. He's just my friend so why was I so enchanted by his touch. I'm thinking too much. I'm gonna shut up now.
I moved closer to him so his hands were on my back and my shoulder was lined up with his chest.
We walked into the room and sat down. "So you're Pamela Martinez?" She asked
"Yeah. I go by Bayley. I recently talked to some officers about my fiancé. Well I guess ex fiancé." I rambled
"I see your file. Can you explain what brings you here today?" She said typing something into a computer before looking at me
"He called me. I was wondering if you could trace it or maybe just listen to it. He threatened me and my friends."
"I'll see what I can do, excuse me" she said as I handed her my phone
Once I heard the door close I sighed
"You okay?" Finn asked softly "Yeah. I'm just sick of it" I laughed
"You'll get through it" he said grabbing my hand

I smiled at him and nodded. I stared into his eyes and he stared into mine. He started leaning closer to me. I could feel his breath on my face. Were we about to kiss? But he's Finn and I'm Bayley. We aren't supposed to kiss. We're best friends. Nothing more.
"Bayley?" He whispered "y-yeah?" I asked our faces still close to each other. "C-can I kiss you?" He said shyly. I was about to nod when the door opened. We quickly moved apart our hands still holding each other's
"So we aren't sure if it's solid evidence" she explained sitting back down
"What?! Why not? He threatened to kill us!" Finn snapped. I squeezed his hand to stop him.
"Well it's because he didn't call from his phone. It was a pay phone and he could be anywhere now. And we can't be sure that was even him" she answered. "How could it not be him?! He's the only one who knows what's going on besides you guys and my two friends I brought with me"
"It likely it was him but there's no way of knowing. I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do until we find evidence of abuse."
"EVIDENCE OF ABUSE? LOOK AT HER THE EVIDENCE IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. THE DOCTOR AT OUR JOB HAS EVIDENCE DO YOUR JOB FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!" Finn yelled
"Finn stop! It's fine she tried. Thank you for your time" I said leading him out of the room back to Sasha.
She stood up once she saw us. "How'd it go what happened?" She asked
"Nothing happened they said it wasn't solid evidence and they couldn't do anything and they said they had no evidence of abuse!" Finn spat
"Okay lets all calm down. It was worth a try. I wasn't expecting anything to happen anyways. We just have to stay close to security at shows and stay together close to others okay?" I said in a calming voice rubbing Finn's arm up and down.
I saw Saha give me a look but it was gone as fast as it came. "Let's go we should get to the hotel." She said leading us out
"I'll drive" I said getting in the drivers seat "we're almost there anyways"

I love this chapter it has a lot of cute moments in it. What's gonna happen between Bayley and Finn. Does Sasha have something up her sleeve?
