I woke up feeling a weight on my chest. Bayley's face was covered by her hair. I wanted to stay like this forever but sadly I had to wake her up or else we would be late.
"Bayley we have to get up lass" I said softly as I lightly stroked her hair. She groaned and buried her head into my chest. I laughed at her reaction and she moved off my chest.
"Hey how are we gonna get to the next town? We have no car" she threw out
Oh shit "oh um... I guess we'll have to rent a car?" I said
"How would be return it?"
"Uh... I don't know what we're gonna do then"
She groaned "I guess Sasha is gonna have to come to the rescue again"
I laughed "Sami could drive us we don't have to bother Sasha"
"You should ask him first" she said pointing to my phone that was on the side table
I texted him but surprisingly he said he already had a full car "Well I guess we will have to bother Sasha. Sami has a full car"
She laughed and smiled as she got up and went to go shower and get dressed.
That girl is gonna be the death of me. I'm still shocked from how she was acting. She didn't seem upset or anything. I'll have to talk to her about it
She came back out in jeans and a crop top with a SnapBack hat in hand. I guess I was staring since she started to clear her throat when she sat next to me
"You look nice" I said trying to break the silence
"Thanks. Now go get ready we need to get going if we want to eat before Sasha gets here" she said playfully pushing me towards the door.
After I got ready
We got some food and sat down "so how did you sleep last night? Sasha told me you've been been having nightmares"
"Of course she did." She laughed "I actually didn't have one last night. I slept better than I have in a long time" that made me happy to hear. "That's good"
"I wonder why I didn't have a nightmare. Nothing seemed any different"
Could it be because she was with me? No it was probably just coincidence
"I don't know. Maybe your mind was too tired to think up a nightmare" I joked
She laughed and we continued to eat until Sasha came down.
"Sasha yay" Bayley said running up to her before giving her a hug

"You guys just saw each other last night" I laughed at how they always acted like that haven't seen each other in ages when they saw each other
"Yeah but she's my best friend" she laughed sitting back down. We soon made our way to Sasha's car
Bayley sat in the back because Sasha said she wanted to talk to me which I found odd since Bayley is (as she so lovingly put it better company)
Bayley put her headphones in to listen to music so I asked Sasha what she wanted to talk about
"So what did you want to talk about Sasha?"
She turned to look at me then back to the road "Well, I just wanted to know how last night went" she said giggling like a teenager
"It actually was... a lot" I said trying to think of words to explain what happened
"DOES THAT MEAN YOU DID IT. LIKE IT IT" she said screaming. My eyes went wide as I heard Bayley but it "Sasha! What are you two talking about?! It better not be what I'm thinking because honestly I'd be disappointed you'd ask about something so personal"
She's one of the few people I know that would never ask someone about their sex life. Most people nowadays have no problem talking about it but I like to keep it private
"Well if you must ask what we were talking about we were talking about-" I put my hand over her mouth to shut her up "we weren't talking about that Bayley. And I thought you were the one with the innocent mindset" I laughed trying to cover it up
I saw her face go red when she turned back towards the window putting her earbuds in
"That was close" I sighed "no we didn't Sasha nothing romantic happened between us"
She looked disappointed "then what happened?"
"Well for starters I totaled my car"
"Oh shit are you guys okay?!" "Yeah we're fine but after that we just went to bed"
"Did you happen to sleep in the same bed?.." she said smirking
"So what if we did. We're just friends and there was only one bed" I said trying to not get mine or her hopes up
"Then why didn't one of you sleep on the couch?" She really did have a good point but I wouldn't let her sleep on the couch and she wouldn't let me
"It's just how it worked out. She didn't want me sleeping on the couch and I didn't want her to sleep on it"
"Did you cuddle? Bayley loves to cuddle."
"Yes Sasha are we done with the investigation?" I asked rolling my eyes "Yeah. For now. I'm going to get you two together mark my words"
