“Now, all you do is hold my hand and…. Oh! He’s home, sit close to me!”
Evan sighed dejectedly and did as he was told, putting an arm around me looking miserable. I elbowed him in the side and he hurriedly put on a happy face just as Matty walked in.
He stared. “Who is this?”
“My new boyfriend,” I replied happily.
“Yo,” Evan murmured.
Matt pursed his lips. “I thought you didn’t date anymore, Adam.”
I blinked innocently and smiled. “I never said that. I only told you that I wouldn’t date Nathan anymore. This is obviously not Nathan.”
“Then who the hell is he?” Matty demanded.
“This is Evan.”
Matty paused for a moment, before- “The Evan who’s dating Evie?”
I gaped, wide eyed. How did he-
“Your diary,” he answered.
Fuck. I forgot.
Evan, on the other hand stretched and smiled smugly at me. “Well, I hope this teaches you not to drag me into your stupid plans. Later.”
He then left Matty and I alone in the house. Matthew rose an eyebrow at me and I groaned.
God damnit!
Hugo,
Evan is now my enemy and Matty is a douche.
~Adam.
