I stared at the diary in disbelief. I couldn't believe that he read Hugo! Worst of all.... how the hell did he find him?!

Ahh! Matty knows that I love and fantasize about him! My life is over!

There was only one thing to do about it.

Go to Evie.

“EEEEVVVIIIEEE!!!!!!!!” I whined and clung to her leg. “Matty read Hugo and knows that I want him and wrote in Hugo saying that he wants to talk to meeee!”

“Okay, I'll tell you what I think once you let go of my leg!” She snapped.

I sighed and let go. I stood up and sat on her bed. “Now, tell me what to dooo!”

She sighed and sat beside me, staring at me drolly before her expression suddenly becoming serious. “Okay, what I'm about to say will be a little too advanced for you, but if you really, really try, I'm sure you can get the hang of it. Are you up for the challenge?”

“Yes! Anything!” I cried.

She nodded and took a deep breath and said, “GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE AND LISTEN TO THAT POOR BOY! You've practically bee mind raping him in Hugo! He's probably scarred for life, so you need to sit down and explain everything to him. You hear me?”

My shoulders drooped, “You're no fun.”

“I'm your best friend-slash-psychologist-slash-perv-and-shopping-buddie. I'm not supposed to be fun, now out!”

I pouted and, when my puppy dog eyes failed, I left, dejected.

When I got back to Matty's (even though I honestly considered going home... hey, I was desperate!) and tried to sneak in without running into him.

Obviously, I failed.

“Stop, right there.”

I froze, turning to smile sheepishly at Matty. “Hello, Matty. I've had a very stressful and tiringday so I was going to retire to my chambers and sle-”

“Sit on the lounge,” He ordered. Being someone who can't resist Matty and his authoritative voice, I did as I was told and sat on the lounge; legs together and hands clasped together. I scowled at the carpet. Matty sat on the arm of the recliner and faced me with his arms crossed. “As you know, I found your diary.”

“You had no right to read Hugo!” I snapped. “He's my special venting tool, not yours! Don't go through my room!”

“First of all, it's still my spare room. You don't pay board. Second, it was on the coffee table.”

Damnit! I meant to put that away. “You still had no right to read it!”

“You're right, I shouldn't have read it but I didn't know what it was and, obviously the moment I saw my name, I was intrigued.”

I groaned and hid my face in my hands. “Can't we forget this ever happened?”

“No, not really. It's a little hard. You were pretty explicit in wrote you wrote.”

“Tch that was practically G rated compared to the other stuff I think,” I snorted and waved the thought away before slapping my hands over my mouth.

Matty rose an eyebrow. I so should not have said that.

“Um... right. Anyway... how long?” He asked.

“Um... a while now. I think you might have been the one who turned me to men,” I mused. “But who knows.”

“Um okay then. I can't say that I'm use to having love confessions from men,” He admitted.

“Hey, I confessed nothing to you! I confessed to Hugo and you just so happened to stumble across him. I had no intention on telling you.”

“So you planned to keep it to yourself for the rest of your life?” He adminished.

I shrugged. “Pretty much. I mean, you're my half, adopted Uncle so you're family and family don’t love each other like I love you.”

“I see,” He murmured and rubbed the back of his neck. “Well, this is a little awkward for me, so...”

“I understand. I'll move in with Evie.”

“You aren’t moving in with Evie,” Matty said, sharply. “Why must everything come back to Evie?”

“Sounds like someone's a little jelly,” I teased.

“I am not... uhm... jelly?” He asked in confusion. “That's the new word for jealous, right?”

“Right.”

“Yeah, I'm not. Shut up. You aren't leaving just because I know how you feel about me and I'm perfectly fine about it.”

I was perplexed. Blinking, I tilted my head to the side, a slow smirk forming. “So you aren't afraid that I'll rape you in your sleep.”

Matty snorted. “You can I both know that I'm the stronger one. If anything it would be the other way round.”

“Is that so?” I asked and rose an eyebrow.

Matty stared for a moment before flushing. “I-I didn't mean it that way! Shut up! I'm going to bed!”

“Good niiiiight, Matty dear~” I sung as he stiffly walked away.

Hehehe.... this was going to be fun.

Hugo,

I think I'm in!

Wish me luck, darling~
