Things were hectic lately. Luke and the boys had just returned from tour and were working on a new album. You on the other hand, had a lot of studying to do for your finals. You two were not spending as much time together as you used to, and it really did bother you.
You and Luke had planned a movie night and you were really excited to take a break from all the studying and spend some time with your boyfriend. An hour before expected, you found yourself on Luke's doorstep. You had a key, so you did not really need to knock.
"Lu-" You started to say, but stopped when you heard voices. You decided to go on and investigate.
Your heart stopped when you saw Luke sat on the couch, his arms around a mystery brunette in a tight embrace. He was rubbing her back and she was leaning on his shoulder. His eyes snapped open, and he saw you standing there, mouth slightly agape.
"(Y/N)." He said, pulling away from the girl.
"What is this?" You asked after you had finally found your voice.
"Babe, this is not what it looks like." Luke said, walking towards you. You felt like the room was spinning. How could he do this to you?
"How could you do this to me?" You asked, your voice shaking, masked with disbelief.
"Its not like that (Y/N)." He said sternly.
"Then please explain to me why I just walked in here, to find you alone with another girl, and you two seem so comfortable in each others arms." You snap.
"You don't understand (Y/N), this is my childhood friend, Angie, and she came here upset because her boyfriend just broke up with her after finding out that she's pregnant." He explained, and you felt yourself go pale. How could you assume that Luke was cheating on you?
"I'm so sorry." You whispered to Luke, and to the friend.
"Why would you assume that?" He asked, hurt clearly written in his eyes.
"I'm so sorry Luke. I just ...I don't know ...when I walked in here and saw you with her ...I just-"
"I would never do that to you baby. I love you too much." He said, wrapping his arms around you.
"I'm sorry." You mumbled.
