{17}: Bitter laughs

SUMMERS POV

I had the urge to pee so I got up sleepy eyed and walk in the bathroom shutting the door pulling my pants down and doing my business, I flushed the toilet and washed my hands with hand soap.

Today was the weekend and I had no plans for today no friends to talk and to laugh with, Carter's gone with his new friends I killed four people three out of anger my parents really don't like me as their child.

If my life was going to be like this why am I here then?.

I pulled my hair into a loose ponytail and slipped my shoes on leaving my pajamas on, my cheek still stings from the slap yesterday afternoon. I walked in the breakfast room seeing varieties of food delicious smells hits my nose my stomach growled I hurriedly and got in the line picking out a muffin, juice, waffles and fruit.

I sat down by a near by table stuffing my face with these glorious foods, someone slammed their tray on the table next to me I looked up seeing haylie she smiled at me sitting down.

"Good morning summer".

"Good morning" only a few kids were in today most of them left.

The front double doors opened I rolled my eyes at the sight of Mr. And Mrs. perfect I just stared at Carter he looked very happy with her he didn't even make it work between us yes I did blame him most of the time but what can I say I'm bipolar.

I laughed bitterly at the thought of being bipolar.

"Um summer youe staring" I snapped my eyes to haylie chuckling, sarah had a glare on her face she lets go of Carter and stomps her way to me.

"What did I say about yesterday?".

"What did she say about yesterday summer?" haylie whispers to me raising a perfect eyebrow.

"I simply just asked you NOT to stare or talk to my boyfriend but what did you do you did the opposite of that shit" she glared at me hard her eye twitching at the sight of me.

I got up laughed bitterly in her face.

"What sarah are you going to slap me again like the bitch you are" she screams stomping her foot on the ground Carter walks up dragging her back.

"Let go of me now!".

"Summer what the hell is wrong with you" Carter's says holding Sarah back from hitting me, I stomp my way up to them grabbing her hair twisting her head back Carter digs his nails in my skin making me suck in some breath.

"Someone call security!" I threw her on the ground Carter stared at me hard his jaw ticked.

"I should of just killed you when I had the fucking chance" he smirks.

"Well you didn't because you were to head over heels for me" I snarled at him punching him in the mouth.

"Fuck!" He put his hand to his mouth.

"You little bitch" I laughed at him letting my hair fall down my face my eyes becoming dark, my body shook I was fuming at the mouth he backed away from me two pair of hands gripped my shoulders dragging me out the cafeteria leaving a shocked haylie.

A scared Sarah and a still pissed Carter.

NO ONE'S POV

"I think we should reopen the case of the murder that took place, maybe we can find the person who actually did this" my partner looks up at me and sighed.

"All we know is that Tyler chocked on a spiked drink, Aaron got burned alive and no one knows who did it and Katie got her windpipe knocked our because someone choked her her with a rope".
