Blessed is the man
that endures temptation:
for when he is tried,
he shall receive the
crown of life,
which the Lord
had promised
to them that love him.
James 1:12

A/N
All of us are subjected to temptations everyday. These are trials for us to endure and not to engaged into.
When you've endured temptation you get a reward from God --"crown of life". But when you've engaged into it, you drown into sin and its consequences.
The last part of the verse tells us that enduring temptation is also a way to show our love for the Lord.
