Be filled with the spirit

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Some people who are drunk with wine,  makes them do awfully unreasonable things which isn't within their control. 

I don't like it when my friends are drunk,  I gotta take care of them,  vomiting, doing some shameful things which sometimes I just wanna leave them. But I can't since I am afraid something bad might happen.

The Bible reminds us rather than being filled with wine, let's be filled with the Spirit of God,  because for sure what you end up doing are God honoring.

To be filled with the Spirit you gotta:

1. Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,

2. singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

3. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
