Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

I am actually reminding myself with these verses. I am very angry with someone today and am bitter coz I can't say it direct to her face, given she is older than me.
But no matter how bitter I am, God wants me to discard bitterness and wrath. He commands me to forgive and be tender hearted since I too was just forgiven from my sins.
