Death, so sweet yet so bitter.
I long for the to caress my cheek,
And put me in an eternal sleep.
I must evade you though,
For I don't want,
To pass my suffering onto another.
The stars scream,
"There is hope and time to cope!"
While my veins scream,
"All you are is a joke! Just let your pain flow,
And turn into scars on your skin!"
The sky turns gray,
As all the colors turn black,
While my blood flows red whispering,
"There's no going back, my dear."
My skin grows cold,
As my eyes try to close,
But I'm not ready to go.
I close the wounds,
And all color returns,
At least, for now, that is.
