My Heart's Road

I'm lost in thought.

I think I ought to stop,
But I'm convinced,
I'm on to something.

I look at everything,
I pass realizing things,
I never did before.

I sigh as my thoughts,
Lead me down numerous roads,
That I don't even know.

I'm lost, but my heart seems,
To know where to go.

I drive and drive while my mind,
Is elsewhere and,
My heart is leading my way.

I don't know where I'm going,
But I know that's where,
I need to go.
