The Lost Soul (Toothless x OC) - Completed

Chapter 2.

It's been 3 years since our parent's were killed and we've had to move islands a lot because either the dragons didn't accept us or humans found us and either wanted to kill us or sell us. I stayed by my brothers side most of the time, he found out about the depression and I'm actually getting better. Though it's taking time it won't happen right away, but at least it's still happening rather than ignoring it. We are now flying around trying to find a new home to live on and we see this island that is covered in huts? I think it's called and there's this big building in the center. I see dragons on the roofs of the huts and I pause in the clouds with my brother next to me. "D-Do you think it's safe?" I turned to look at my brother and he didn't have a reassuring face. "Maybe but we can't take any chances so let's live on the opposite side in somewhere hidden. Maybe some place that looks abandoned and doesn't have any human activity in it." He said to me and I nodded. 

()5 minutes past()

We found this little cove in the middle of a big forest behind the huge village, we landed next to this pond. It was in the middle taking up most of the room. There was an old, rustic shield stuck between two rocks it smelled of a male human but the scent was faded so I assumed it was old. I looked at the vines and dirt covering most of it then back at my brother who was resting on a rock formation next to it. I went to the pond and sat down and using my skills to catch us some fish.

 While finishing our fish I heard rustling in some bushes near the entrance, I looked up and I saw my brother ran to the shadows and hid. Since his scales are grey he blends in pretty well, he waved me over but I was too late so I just curled up putting my head under my wings protecting it. I heard footsteps it was weird because a pair sounded soft, and the other sounded heavy like a dragon. I thought to myself to just stay calm. I heard a gasp and the footsteps stopped then I took the courage and I slowly got up. I looked to the side to see a tall, but thin boy with brown hair and the same color eyes as my left eye. Next to him I see a pure black night fury and I shift my body a bit to face them. I keep my focus on the dragon, but I don't notice the guy walking up. When I finally do I get startled and make a very loud cry for help, the boy stumbled back as there was a growl after my cry and I ran to the side a bit. My brother came out and went in front of me and did a protective stance. He opened his wing and made a plasma blast in his mouth. I got up and went next to him and nudged him a bit. He lowered his wings and shut his mouth and rubbed his head on mine.

I mumbled to him 'to calm down a bit until they show a sign of threat.' He nodded slightly and stared at the human and night fury. I looked back at the night fury as he was starring at me and my brother than the human yelled, "TOOTHLESS YOU AREN'T THE ONLY ONE!" I looked at the dragon assuming his name is toothless, weird name if you ask me but I didn't mind. I looked at my brother and nudged his wing. We both spread our wings about to fly away until Toothless jumped in front of me. "Please don't go"  I looked at my brother and he said "hurt her you and the human die" he said with a growl. I slightly closed my wings and my brother went to the pond to drink some water but kept an eye on me. The human just sat down and watched us, I walked to a tree with Toothless following behind me. I did a big leap and I hooked my tail around the branch and closed my wings around myself. (note the jump was at least 35 feet tall) I heard rustling and peeked threw my wings to see Toothless trying to climb the tree but failing. I snickered to myself and jumped down but opened my wings before I hit the ground and I flew around the cove and closed my wings making me tackle Darkness into the water. I heard him groan as I heard the human chuckle. I got up and took my wings and splashed him making a huge wave splash over him and I got out quickly and ran away with him following close behind. We ran in circles and I took out my claws and jumped climbing onto the wall and pushing myself off making me dive backwards. I looked very angelic and beautiful as I did so, I landed and ran back to the tree and layed down. "I give up Darkness!" I yelled to him and he chuckled.
