endgame spoilers !
it's weird. i remember the pain shooting through my body as my healing tried to stop the dusting. i remember seeing the look on tony's face. i remember failing him.
and then? that guy with the cloak... strange, doctor stephan strange. he did the whooshy thing, with the golden circles, which led us to this big battle, led us to where we are now.
"avengers!... assemble." brooklyn says. next thing - everyone is charging, i'm swinging, webbing up the enemies (since i don't kill, i am just a friendly neighbourhood spider-man after all).
i find mr stark fighting a huge alien which i quickly web up. i start rambling on about what happened about how strange got us out, but am shortly cut off with a hug. this can't be right... "this is nice?" he doesn't let go, just hugs me tighter. i've missed him so much, and i can tell, by the pain and the tears and the adoration in his eyes he feels the same. "go back out there and fight, but don't do anything stupid."
"yeah yeah, there's a small grey area in there somewhere." i joke lightly and a small smile returns to his face.
i swing and just keep swinging, i see thor bring down some lightening, black panther struggling to keep the new? gauntlet as ebony maw brings it towards him. i have no choice, we can't lose again. i swing and keep on swinging until i grab the glove. "i got it!"
"instant kill" i tense up as the metal legs on the suit spring out and pierce through thanos' army. "hey queens look out." i web onto thor's hammer which steve swung up. he must be worthy after all. i knock into something which causes my webbing to detach from mjolnir. "hold on kid i got you." pepper. i feel her bring my up higher as i tighten my grasp on the glove, before she puts me down on a white creature.
"hi it's good to meet y-" before i can finish speaking to the woman on the pegasus, i'm knocked off and am falling to the ground. i feel the gauntlet slip from my grasp as i try to get it. explosions where going off everywhere, it was a mess.
i grunt as my body hits the ground and try and reach the glove, but an explosive goes off so close to me, i curl up. i want it to end. everything becomes a bit quieter, the ringing still there in my ear, however it soon goes, my healing taken care of it, as it starts to heal other parts of me. i lean up and touch my nose, feeling the blood run down, my eyes watery.
i see a woman... the goddess of lesbians perhaps? "hi i'm peter parker."
"hey peter parker, think you have something for me?" i hand her the glove she looks like she knows what to do.
"how do you plan on stopping this?"
"she has us."
i look up in awe as the women surround me, ready to fight.
as they fight around me, i take this moment to get up and find tony - webbing people in my way. i look over and see thanos throw both thor and steve off him. i swing over and watch as carol danvers attempts to take the gauntlet off which he at some point must have gotten back...
i see mjolnir on the ground next to me, curiously i tried picking it up. it wasn't heavy at all. i stand up making myself noticed - my mask uncovered my face. i watch captain marvel get tossed aside by a blast before briefly catching eyes with tony. i could practically hear his pleas for me to stop.
"i'm sorry tony, i have to, people need you."
"an insect like you is worthless, i can beat you even without this glove." his words echo around me. "i am inevitable."
"maybe so, but you got one thing wrong, i'm an arachnid." thanos just scoffs, pulling the glove back on. before he has a chance to do anything i lift up mjolnir and throw the hammer at him, using my super strength as well. it knocks him back slightly and i web his feet as tony runs over trying to pull the glove off him. that's not going to work!
i do the only thing possible... i move over to tony and just pull the stones out, placing them on the back of my hand, on the glove that the nanotech suit created.
pain. that's all i feel. the pain of the power rising through my body. i look thanos in the eyes. "yeah? i... am... spider-man." i snap my fingers and watch as the battle slowly stops, thanos' army disappearing to dust. after i see thanos fade away, i feel a weight lifted off my shoulders and collapse to the floor, letting go of the hammer.
i can end this now. the pain can stop. my arm feels so heavy, so numb. it hurts. my head hurts. i just wanna see may, and mj and ned, i wanna go back to school. all of he avengers, even the guardians and the wakandans gather around me. i feel my vision blurring. i can't hear anything. all i feel is my eyelids getting heavier and heavier. "tell may, and ned i love them, and tell mj i was in love with her, tell flash i forgive him." i'm going to a better place now, i will be with ben, and my parents. "and tony? i love you, you were like a dad to me."
and then everything went black.

beep. beep. beep. beep.
a heart monitor machine? where am i?
"peter? oh my god you're awake! never scare me like that again! i love you so much bud." tony tackled me in a hug.
"aunt may is so gonna kill me." i groan and throw my head back.
"too right young man. you don't go out there and risk you life! you're a neighbourhood spider-man. not the next iron man. you don't get to die, not this young, not when you have your whole life ahead of you. oh god don't scare me like that again. i love you." i whisper an i love you to her and my eyes shift over to the next two people.
ned. "heyyyy... my man in the chair! i've missed you man."
"i missed you too, you feeling okay? but seriously though, that was awesome! you totally beat that purple grape, and you're worthy dude! i wish i could have seen you lift up the hammer but man i'm so proud of my best friend!" i laugh and shake my head, exchanging a few words.
"you love me?" mj deadpans before breaking out into a smirk at the sight of me blushing and stuttering. "i love you too loser. but don't try dying next time." she punches me in the arm.
"you really are a hero peter parker."
"oh hey! i know you, you're that lesbian who i gave the glove, thanks for saving my ass back then. she chuckles slightly.
"what happened?" i ask looking around the room, still confused on how i was hooked up to a drip.
"we saved you in time. and here you are getting treatment and you'll be back on your feet in no time kiddo. you did great underoos, i'm proud of you."
and so i was introduced to pepper properly, i met morgan and harley and we all became a family, aunt may moved into the new compound with me, along with the avengers and mj became my girlfriend and i have a great best friend.
