A day before the last day, everyone worked harder than ever. The doctor gang had prepared for their closing today, since they wouldn't be there the next day due to their private scheduling. Jeon Jungkook, as the youngest heir of the Jeon Corporation, soon-to-be owner of the most elite hospital and university in Seoul, surely got his friends backed up and with his help, none of the doctor gang's members would be counted as being absent.

Still, the week wasn't over yet, a lot of tasks to achieve and finish.

The main task for the doctors that day was consulting the patients for the last time and making sure they didn't make any mistake, neither in the prescription nor during the handover of medicine. As people who would occupy and work with someone's health or life, the medical students had no time and reason to be playful, anything had to be done under high concentration and accuracy. Many people would lay their lives in doctors' hands, a slight mistake would lead them to an instant denunciation.

As for Soobin, he went around, from one patient to another. Huening Kai's father was one of his regular patient, that was why he often met David and Huening Kai's sisters, though they didn't talk much about random things. However, the previous night when Soobin asked David himself to have four eyes conversation, was a special bravery from Soobin that David admitted.

"Good afternoon, doctor." A little girl came to Soobin while hugging a blue, dolphin plushie. Her age was approximately 4 years old and her speaking skill was fascinating.

"Hello there, good afternoon." Soobin paused from sorting medicine and knelt to equalise his height with the girl. "How can I help you?"

"Y-yes..." She pouted. "My head hurts, do you have a syrup for me?"

"Your head hurts? Where? Does it— oh, wow, your body temperature is quite high." Soobin was shocked by the fact that the girl's face became burning red, yet the lips were pale. "Alright, you can sit there on the chair and wait a little bit. Where's your parents?"

"...die."

Everyone in the station froze after accidentally hearing what the 4-year-old said, automatically truned around to pay attention to the girl. The first thing that popped up in Soobin's mind was horrible, he couldn't think properly afterwards knowing the young patient in front of him, literally young, was left by her parents because of the mad tsunami.

"...mom? Dad?" Soobin tried to make sure, in case she didn't understand it fully.

"I don't have any."

The answer sliced Soobin's heart into pieces, not only him, but all the doctors who coincidentally listened to their conversation. Soobin felt his legs were boneless that he had difficulty during standing up to pick his medical tools. Speechless was he, yet the little girl looked just fine with the actually unacceptable fate.

"O-okay... let me check you first." Soobin stood up, reaching a tongue depressor and hologen penlight. "Say aaaaah~" He signified to open the mouth.

"Aaaaah~"

Soobin then placed the tongue depressor on the girl's small and short tongue while illuminated the whole mouth with the hologen penlight, which made him easier to see. It only lasted a few second until Soobin pulled out his tools again.

"Good, what is your name?"

"Naeun."

"Naeun, did you eat well?" Soobin asked while fixing stethoscope inside his ear. He then began to check Naeun's pulse and heartbeat.

"I ate well, but it's really cold inside the tent." Naeun almost whimpered, yet she managed to smile while squeezing her dolphin plushie. Knowing the poor girl had to survive by herself, it made Soobin angry that she wasn't brought to an orphanage by the government at the first place. At that point, Soobin was questioning government's priority.
