Izuku can control all the quirks he has and he can instantly master the quirks he creates.
Year 6
Izuku is he created quirks called perfect copy he can copy any anime or manga characters powers.
Year 7
Izuku can go toe to toe with all might and hes mastered all his quirks
Year 8
Izuku is being recommended into U.A. because the pro's want the other examinees to have a chance
Year 9
Izuku is the entire freshman year representative
Year 10
Izuku has complete control over his original quirk and is the strongest in history and he is very intelligent with an IQ of 318.
