They were done rehearsing their music. Mike and Peter had set their guitars down at the exact same same while Micky stood up from his drumset with one final beat on it and Davy lightly set his tamborine and maracas down on an amplifier that Mike and Peter both used for their guitars.

"Well, everyone ready for Friday?" Mike asked joyfully.

"Not really. I still hate going out in front of a small crowd. It makes me beyond nervous." Micky said truthfully. It wasn't just him that was terrified of even the smallest crowds. It was Mike and Peter as well. Davy on the other hand loved crowds. (Even I hate performing in front of crowds.)

"What I don't understand is, how Davy can stand it." Peter said pointing over at Davy.

"You get used to it Petah." Davy said.

"That's right. What I don't understand is why Micky is still scared of crowds. He had his own TV show when he was a kid." Mike said.

"I hate cameras Mike. Always have." Micky said as he went to the kitchen counter and started making a sandwich for himself. "Want a sandwich guys?"

"Yeah. I'll have one Micky."

"Peter? Mike?" Micky began to question.

"Nah. I'm good man."

"I guess I'll have one Mick." Peter said.

Micky nodded and made one for each of them including Mike but wrapped his up in alluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator so he could have it later.

"So, what now?" Peter asked while chomping down on the sandwich that Micky had made a few minutes before.

"Well, I don't know, maybe drive somewhere?" Mike suggested.

"Yeah but drive where?"

"No idea. Maybe until we run out of gas."

Micky thought about what happened last time they ran out of gas and landed themselves in a ghost town. "Like that one time we landed in a ghost town only for you and Davy to disappear leaving me and Peter looking for you? No thanks."

"Its not like we aren't going anywhere we don't know Micky. Come on. It'll be fun."

"Uh-huh." Micky nodded slowly.

"Okay. So its set then. Lets get going. Theres still daylight to kill fellas." Mike said as he headed for the door.

Davy eyed his sandwich. He was only half way done with it. "What the heck. I'll bring it with me."

Mike got out of the house first followed by Micky, then Peter and then lastly Davy. "So, where to first?"

"Not sure. I'm up for suggestions though." Mike said as he started the MonkeeMobile up and drove out of the drive.

They had passed the trail Mike used to go on before everything happened. Davy and Peter both eyed each other and then looked over at Mike who hadn't taken his eyes off that trail. "Ey Mike. You okay there buddy?"

"Yeah. Yeah. Just thinkin'. I can't bring myself to go on that trail anymore. I recently found a new trail that somewhat connects to this one." Mike said. His mind clearly wasn't with him. He managed to remember what happened yesterday evening when he punched out the wall and he took a quick glance at his knuckles. The bruising was still there and it clearly showed but the scrapes were already almost gone.

"Its just too stressful to go on that trail without thinkin' about what happened to us on it. We were chased by our worst enemies and they of course wanted to kill us."

"Mike, don't worry about it. That's the last thing we need to worry about." Micky said trying to get Mike to stop thinking about it.

"Well, lets go somewhere else."

Mike drove off to a different location. They were taking a nice drive down a country road. There was only plains all around them. Peter and Davy were both in awe but Mike and Micky had seen it all before and weren't too surprised about the scenery.

"This is nice and completely quiet Mike. How did you know this was here if you don't leave the house alot?" Peter asked as he continued to look out the car window.

"Well, me and Micky were taking a drive a while back to get things off our minds and we managed to find this road. That was our first time over here. Some days, we really need to get away from things and clear our heads ya know." Mike stated glancing over at Micky who nodded in agreement.

Mike looked at the car clock and it read that the time was only 11am. They had plenty of time to kill before heading back to the pad.

Mike had driven back into town. He actually went downtown. Their car was being watched by someone but they didn't know it. They weren't paying any attention to the people on the streets. 2 guys stood out.

Man #1: "There they go."

Man #2: "Should we follow them?"

Man #1: "No. After everything they have been through, they will suspect something if we tail them. We wait!"
