17 and pregnant with Luke Brooks baby

Chapter seven

7.

I walked down the stairs to see skip and James had arrived and were in deep conversation with beau and jai

"hey guys" I said walking into the kitchen where they were sitting

"Hey luke how's it going" James asked giving me a smile

"Alright James I'm pretty sure the boys have filled you in" I laughed taking a seat

"Yeah they did, how are you feeling?" He asked

"I'm okay I suppose, a bit shocked but okay" I said

"where's Alexa?" Skip asked

"She's upstairs sleeping at the moment" I said

We continued to talk a bit more about everything that was happening until Alexa came down

She wasn't wearing any baggy jumpers or cardigans only a Tshirt which showed off her small bump

It made me happy that she was becoming confident with the idea now

"Hey guys" Alexa smiled

"Hey Alexa how are you?"skip asked

"I'm okay how are you?" She said taking a seat beside me

"I'm good" skip smiled

"Did you sleep at all?" I asked

"Yeah I slept for a while" she smiled

"Alexa if the baby kicks again will you tell us James and skip want to see" jai said

She laughed a little and nodded

"Yeah I will, that's what woke me up" she laughed

The conversation flowed easily and we all talked about the craziest things

Most of the conversation was about the pregnancy but Alexa seemed happy to answer any questions the boys had

I couldn't take my eyes off her and I think the boys noticed as when she went to the bathroom jai nudged me and said

"She's a keeper, don't let her go"

*Alexas pov*

"I..I..I'm pregnant" I stuttered

I looked at my mom and then to my dad and then back to the floor

I didn't know where to look or what else to say

My mom sat there and said nothing her facial expression got more and more tense as she thought about it

"You're what?!" She said angrily

I looked down not saying anything, I knew this wouldn't go down with

"Alexa I can not believe you have gotten yourself pregnant!! You are such disgrace to this family! It is an embarrassment to our family now!" She screamed standing up

I'd never seen her this annoyed in my whole entire life and it scared me

"Who's the father?" My dad asked annoyed

"Luke" I said quietly

"Luke who Alexa?! Luke who!" He shouted

"Luke brooks" both their faces dropped as they turned to me

Obviously they had heard things about luke they didn't like and now he was the father of my child

"Get out" my mom said

"What?" I said not knowing if she meant out of the kitchen or actually out of the house

"You heard me get out! I don't want you living here anymore you are an embarrassment and disgrace to the family and I don't even consider you my own child anymore! Get your stuff and get out! I don't care where you go or live. You could live on the streets for all I care I don't want you here now get out!" She yelled

Tears were forming in my eyes and as each warm drop slid down my cheek things became more real to me

My own parents didn't love or want me anymore and I decided from that point onwards I would never ever do what my parents just did to me

I quickly ran upstairs and grabbed my bag and left the house

Without thinking I started to walk to lukes house, I needed him of most people right now

I walked down the street in hysterics of tears but silent ones

The ones where you almost choke on your own breath because you're trying to keep silent

I kept wiping my falling tears with my sleeve and sniffling a little bit

I finally reached lukes and knocked on the door

When I saw lukes face I felt relieved

I quickly wrapped my arms around him and cried into his shoulder

He brought me inside and Gina his mom gave me a drink and some tissues

I told them what happened and Gina offered me to stay with them

I didn't want to be a burden but she insisted so I accepted

Gina was incredibly nice and understanding, the complete opposite to my parents

I eventually went up to lukes bed and lay down

"Do you want me to stay?" He asked

"No it's okay I heard skip and james come in you go down I'll probably just sleep anyway

He frowned a little and left the room

I lay there until I finally drifted off

I was awoken by the baby kicking again

I placed my hand on my stomach and waited for it to stop

When I stood up I grabbed my cardigan but then put it back down

What did I have to hide? Nothing almost everyone knew and I wasn't scared anymore

I walked down stairs and talked to skip James and the rest of the boys for a while until we decided to watch a movie

"Titanic titanic!" Beau squealed

"No beau!" The boys said in sync as I laughed

We all then decided that titanic would have to be the movie we watched as beau wouldn't stop talking about it

"Fine fine" skip sighed

We put the movie in and started to watch it

I must admit I did love this movie so I did enjoy watching it

"No don't let go" beau sobbed

We all laughed at beau as he was actually crying over titanic

I started to feel drowsy again and placed my head of lukes chest

I could hear his heartbeat which made mine beat faster

I felt him rub my stomach and kiss my forehead

"You love rubbing my stomach don't you" I giggled

"I really do" he smiled
