Afterwards, The doe-eyed gave Jane up to Peter. They were convinced that with time things would work themselves out.

Hell, they have complete rule over Neverland now, right? Truly, things were in their favor.

But they had forgotten something. Most importantly, Jane had forgotten something. It had only came to her whilst being thrown into Peter's arms like a package.

"Jared!" She cried, pulling away from Peter. At first, Peter had looked confused, as if he had forgotten who he was entirely.

Jane noticed this, and turned to growl at him. "Where is my brother." She said, at no one in particular, despite her eye's being set on Peter's.

It was only this look that had triggered a spark of memory in him. But of course, he could do nothing. The doe-eyed had him now. They were too do with him as they so desired.

An expression of aggravation met Jane's features, as she turned to Tiger Lily, who was just nearly consumed by the shadows.

"Tell me where he is!" She shouted.

And before chaos could occur, Tiger Lily responded with a nod. "Very well." She spoke, in a grizzly tone.

They began to lead her to where they were keeping him, a holding ground that kept any lost boy whom dared to find themselves on their land, imprisoned.

The condition of the area was grimey, and as they descended to the holding areas, they held slight reluctance.

To walk freely seemed more of a burden then being held hostage, now that she was able.

With the flick of a wrist, the cage opened itself and Jared, whom was left slouched over and shivering, came rushing to his sister.

Her frail body was just nearly bruised from Jared having thrown himself into her arms.

Pulling back, and looking into his hazel eyes, hers began to water. How could she tell him? After the disbelief that Peter Pan had been real in the first place, how could she possibly convince him that Wendy Darling was there mother?

In the midst of this moment, Peter took this chance to glare at the two with a feral snarl, blue eyes piercing. He wasn't one to favor sibling affection.

"I apologize--" Jane choked out, brushing her knuckles along his cheek bone.

Bowing his head in response, Jared rested his hands on her shoulders. "We're ok now, we're ok--" He reassured her.

But little did he know, they were the farthest from 'ok'.

--

Without a spoken word, Peter trailed back to camp, Jane and Jared trudging behind him. Peter's mind was off the rails, and his feelings were devouring him whole. Both anger and determination pressing at him. But he did not allow himself to lose sense of who he was, and his abilities.

He was Peter Pan. And Peter Pan never fails.

Jane remained silent with knowledge that she, was the daughter of Wendy Darling. It didn't seem possible. Sure, her mother had told stories to her when she was younger, but the most of it was a blur. Her mother's name wasn't even Wendy. It was Moira.

Wasn't it? A sudden wave of dread consumed Jane. She could just barely remember her mother's name. Really, what was happening? She seemed to be forgetting her life back home.

She suddenly felt out of breath, and gasped for air. Her heart was palpitating harshly and her forehead pulsated. Stopping to lean on a tree, she clutched her chest.

She couldn't remember her mother's name. It hadn't been that long had it? She hadn't been gone long. How long had she been away? It seemed she had truly lost track of time. She felt like she was losing her mind.

As she had stopped, Peter had stopped as well, noticing the lack of footsteps.

When he turned and saw her condition, he approached her, with a troubled expression.

"Whats worrying you?" Pan spoke. He seemed to have an idea. It wasn't that he cared, rather that he would like to get his mind off of things.

"My mother-- father--. My mother!" She choked out. Her mother, supposedly 'Wendy Darling'. No, it just wasn't possible. Her name was Moira Angela... and it clicked.

Turning to face her brother, her eyes squinted shut. "Jared--" Her hands went to grasp the lining of her visage, in distraught.

"How long has it been?" She questioned, yet it came out as more of a demand.

Surprisingly, a look of confusion crossed his face, as if he had no idea. "Since what?"

Her head shot up and her eyes opened, seething him. "Since we have been home!" She cried.

She could feel Peter cross his arms from behind her, and his smirk look her over. An overwhelming feeling of being trapped disabled her, as she stood like a wounded bird among a crowd of foxes.

"But-- Jane this is home." He responded, acting completely oblivious. His expression was that of worry. Yet wasn't it his sister the one that should be the most worried?

And all at once she had realized. It was too late, he was too far gone. And she was well on her way to oblivion as well, if she didn't act fast.

Fervid emotion racing to her face, her entire visage fell cool. Turning to Peter slowly, her eyes bore into his, stepping closer. "You need to fix this." She said weakly, her voice on the edge of begging.

He just let out a hopeless chuckle in reply, leaning forward so that their noses nearly touched, "You can't fix something that is no longer there."
