Destiny decided to make a quick stop at the grocery store for a few things for dinner. Normally Heather would take care of it but sometimes Destiny liked to do things on her own. She also knew Heather had her own family to get home to so she doesn't always want to bother her.
"Thank you for shopping with us." The cashier smiled as she handed Destiny a receipt and she smiled back. Since she forgot Bella's stroller, Destiny had to balance her handbag on one side with Bella on the other and managing the shopping cart with the groceries. It was a struggle due to Bella fussing in her hand.
"Aw what's wrong munchkin?" Destiny took her attention from in front of her and looked at Bella wiping her face as they made their way through the parking lot. In that short time of looking at her daughter, the cart had hit into the back of someone's car. "Shit." She said under her breath, she really hoped there was no damage.
The owner got out of the car and walked over looking at what happened. "I'm so sorry sir. I-" Destiny started rambling but then stopped short as she looked at the man in front of her. "You." Destiny said slightly tried shaking her head. It was Adisa.
He gave her a smile. "Nice to see you too Ms. Harris."
Destiny rolled her eyes. "It's Mrs. King now." She flashed her ring.
Adisa put up his hands. "My bad, Mrs. King." He smirked at her.
"So what, you need me to write you a check or.."
"Nah it's good." Adisa thought it wasn't a big deal so there was no need for that.
"No no, I don't want to have to owe you anything." Bella had calmed down and was drifting off to sleep sucking on her thumb. She must've been hungry and sleepy.
"It's good D. Let me just help you to your car and it's forgotten." He could see she was struggling a bit.
Destiny reluctantly gave in and she let him help her. He put her bags in the trunk while she strapped in Bella. "Aight you set."
"Thanks." She went to get in but he stopped her. His hand rested on her upper arm, grabbing onto her.
"Can I call you?"
"My husband wouldn't like that. Now goodbye Adisa." When she was pulling away from him, she heard what sounded like the clicking of a camera. Destiny sighed hoping it wasn't because by tomorrow this would be some bogus story.

*"Yo Destiny." Travis stormed upstairs looking for her. She was in Bella's room putting her down since she now got her to sleep. "Aye you ain't hear me calling you." His voice was a bit loud.
"Shh Damn, I just got her down." She covered her crib and turned to him. "What Travis?" The two of them walked out of the room.
"What the fuck is this shit?" Travis showed her a picture of her and Adisa in the supermarket parking lot. Of course someone had to make it a story. "What, you fucking this nigga now?"
Destiny smacked her lips. "Travis move, I don't have time for your shit." She pushed past him to go downstairs but then swung around to face him again. "But hold up, so what if I am having sex with him?" Destiny said clearly getting under his skin.
