When Travis came out the next morning, Destiny was making a bottle for Bella. He looked at her face and he could tell she spent the night crying due to her red puffy eyes. Then he saw the bruise on her cheek from when he hit her. He hung his head instantly feeling bad.
Destiny side eyed him as he walked over to her. She really didn't want to see him right now. Travis stood next to her and reached out to touch Destiny's hand but she flinched and moved away from him. "Destiny I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hit you and I swear to you it-"
"It won't happen again right?" Destiny looked at him and scoffed. "Yeah I've heard that countless times from my dad too when he said it to my mom."
"I'm serious though baby. I will never do that again. I don't know what came over me." He sighed and walked over to her. "Please forgive me Destiny." He held her hands and she just rolled her eyes.
"Whatever, I have to get Bella her bottle." She pulled away and went to feed Bella. Travis just sighed running his hand down his face. He could see that Destiny now feared him and he didn't want that. Last night he was high as hell and he didn't even know what he was doing. He just knew that Destiny couldn't leave him again. She couldn't.

*Later during the day, Destiny took Bella out so she could have an excuse to be away from Travis. She couldn't be around him right now. Travis however was meeting up with Jay at the house and catch up on some things.
"Aye man." They dapped up each other and they sat in the living room. "So what's up with you lately?"
"Nothing much, you know just waiting to get back on the court."
"Soon man. Team ain't the same without you man."
Travis raised his eyebrow. "Oh really? Thought Adisa was y'all new 'Bestie' or whatever man?"
Jay laughed. "Yeah we cool but it ain't like that. We teammates so you know." Jay shrugged.
"Whatever man. You brought the thing I asked for?"
"Uh yeah." Jay reached into his pocket and handed Travis a baggie of cocaine. Travis' eyes lit up when he saw it.
He took some and was setting up to do a few lines. "You doing a few with me man?"
Jay shook his head. "Nah man I'm cool. I don't really do that, strictly weed."
Travis scoffed. "Man stop lying, I seen you do lines before."
"Once And in the past but I'm done with all that. But maybe you should hold off man, this like the sixth bag I brought you for the week."
Travis eyed him. "Nigga you over here judging me? You think you better than me now since you playing and I'm home now huh?" Travis got up and got in his face. "If you think you so much better maybe you should go."
Before Jay answered him, Destiny came in. She left Bella with her mother for the night. She walked to the living room and saw them about to fight. When she was about to speak she looked down and saw the coke laid out on her table. "Travis what the hell is this?" She took it up and held it in his face.
