When Travis got in he found Destiny in the kitchen cooking. "You ain't hear me say have the food ready before I got home?" Travis was high as hell.

Destiny looked up to him. "I'm sorry I had to-"

Travis slammed his hands down the table jumping Destiny, her heart was racing. "I don't care what you had to do. When I say do something have that shit done."

Tears threatened to fall but she held them in as she continued to stir the pot. Travis sat by the counter watching her cook. A few moments later Destiny was done. "Come taste this for me baby."

Meanwhile Adisa made a call to TeMar. "How can I help you?"

"Yo T , when was the last time you heard Destiny?"

TeMar sighed and rolled his eyes. "Probably a week and I'm starting to get pissed."

"You need to get her because she'd only listen to you."

"What's going on?" TeMar was worried by his tone.

"I found out that Travis been hitting her and-"

"Nigga you said what? Hit- he been hi- You say this bitch been hitting Destiny?!" TeMar couldn't get his words out he was so angry.

"Yeah so c-" Adisa heard a click and then nothing else. "Hello? T?" TeMar had cut the call because he was heading over to Destiny's house to lick some sense into her and kill Travis.

Back at the house, Travis got up to taste what Destiny had done but to his surprise it was not what he had in mind. Destiny threw to boiling water with the pasta in his face.

Travis fell back yelling out on pain as the water burned his flesh. "Shit!" He screamed out. Destiny started kicking and stomping him with everything in her. "Destiny stop." He tried to get up but she'd always kick him back down.

As TeMar pulled up he heard screaming and he rushed over to the door. When he got in he ran to the kitchen and saw Destiny beating Travis with a frying pan. Destiny snapped, she couldn't take it anymore and for Bella's sake she had to do it.

Destiny looked at TeMar out of breath and ran over to hug him leaving Travis groaning in pain on the floor. "Oh my- Destiny. Why you ain't  say nothing?"

"I was scared." Destiny wiped her eyes.

"Damn. At least you handled his ass. Let's go." As they were about to leave Travis yelled. "You ain't going nowhere bitch!" TeMar looked around like 'who was he talking to.' He walked over to him on the floor and kicked his injured knee.

"Good luck getting up bitch." TeMar snapped his fingers and walked out with Destiny leaving behind everything. She wanted to leave Travis behind her.

One year later...

"Thank you. Come again soon." Destiny smiled at her customer. "Shanice could you assist those women over there, I'll be in my office." Destiny got her stuff and went in the back to her office.

In the past year Destiny was able to start up with her own boutique, making and selling her own clothes like she always wanted to. She and Travis got divorced and all the money she got in the settlement she put away for Bella and she did nothing else with it. She wanted nothing from him, she didn't even care what he did with himself now. After the kick TeMar gave him he wasn't able to play anymore so he was probably wasting away somewhere.

As she was looking over her accounts for the month her phone rang. "Hey boo."

"Bitch did you forget we got lunch together?"
