Destiny got up early the next day since she had a few errands to run. She was making a little something for herself to eat then she started making her usual shakes. She got her two bottles and started to fill them. As she was pouring the other she caught herself.
Destiny sighed as she realized it was Travis' usual shake he got on mornings. Upon realizing that, everything that happened on the past months were weighing on her. The cheating, the lies and deceit. All those promises to only love each other, the sacrifices she made for their marriage and he still cheated.
She did everything right in her marriage but nothing will stop a man from cheating but the man himself, not sex or looks. But Destiny expected him to be one of the few that stayed loyal.
Now she was here hurting over a man who'd rather run around than love her. And Bella misses him so much, when she wakes up she looks for him and she asks for her Dadda. He wasn't even checking, he didn't call or message asking about Bella. He just would pester Destiny about letting him come back when his first question everyday should be how's Bella.
Destiny held over the counter as she broke down. This was the first time she actually really cried about what happened. She was trying to stay strong through it all but she couldn't at this moment. It was like everything hit her like a brick all at once.
"Breathe Destiny, you're good, you're good." She repeated it to herself as she wiped her eyes and packed up her things. She still decided to take the shake for Travis since he had practice this morning. She would make that her first stop.
When she walked into the arena, some guys were on the court doing drills. She was looking around for Travis but she couldn't spot him.
Over the other side of the court Travis was doing stretches with his teammate Kyle. "Yo there go wifey." Travis looked up and saw Destiny looking around with Bella on her hip. "So uh you think I could get her number since you two-"
Travis smacked him at the back of his head. "Shut up man." He got up and walked over to her smiling. When Bella saw him she basically jumped out of Destiny's hands for him. He took her and kissed her face. "Hey baby girl, Daddy missed you." He kissed her again and then turned to Destiny. "Not that it's not nice to see you but how come you here?"
Destiny rolled her eyes taking the bottle from her bag. "Here."
He took it and smiled. "Knew you still care for me."
"Whatever. I made an extra bottle so instead of wasting it I decided to bring it by." Destiny was already regretting the trip.
"Destiny stop trying to be tough man. You miss me and I miss you so just stop the games and let me come home." Travis got serious. He was tired of the run around and where he was staying was not for him. He needed his wife.
"No you forgot what you did? We are done Travis."
"You can't just let go of 5 years of marriage like that."
Destiny looked at him like he was stupid. "You know what, give me my child so I can go because you sound real ridiculous right now." She took Bella and was walking away but Travis held her hand.
"Please Destiny. Let me at least make all this up to you. You could meet at our favorite restaurant later, please. I want to make this right." The look in his eyes made Destiny wonder if he really was genuine or if it was just for show because in his eyes she saw something she hadn't seen in years, sincerity.
"I'll think about it." She turned and walked away from him.
Adisa was now coming from the locker room when he saw Travis holding her and from they were looking really cozy to him. He was thinking to fall back since he didn't want to have to deal with being put to the side for Travis King a second time. He loved Destiny but he wasn't going to wait for her to see that if she's going to run back to Travis every time.

*As Destiny was going through the store, some women were looking at her and whispering stuff to each other. Since her and Travis were going through it, everyone had something to say about his cheating. No one really knew who it was this time but they speculated. Some even got it right.
Destiny couldn't believe people were so ridiculous and low to make money from a family breaking up and then talk about it the way they do. It pissed her off because there was someone asking her how she felt about her husband cheating and with who.
She got a few things for her and Bella and as she was heading to check out she heard one of the women. "I heard he was cheating on her for years." Destiny turned to her.
"I'm not the first woman to have a cheating husband nor will I be the last so why don't you mind ya business and pay attention to your own husbands." The lady looked at her surprised and was a bit embarrassed since Destiny spoke loud enough for everyone to hear her.
When she walked out of the store, a reporter was waiting outside. "Mrs. King, can I have a word?" She was fed up with everything and everyone.
Destiny didn't answer and kept walking to her car. "Mrs. King." She ignored him and placed Bella in her car seat. When she closed the door the reporter held onto her hand and she pushed him off causing him to fall, she didn't mean for that to happen. Looking around there were people recording the whole thing.
She didn't bother to help him up she just got in her car and drove off.
