Mia's POV

I was early as usual so I went ahead to the staff bathroom this time in order to avoid obvious conflict again. I got into my work clothes and headed out ready to start the day.

As I walked into the bar heading for the counter I spotted Erica on the other side talking to some tall dude. His back was facing me so the only thing I could point out was his black hair shaped in a mullet and a nice dress up jacket he was wearing.

He turned to his right to look at the clock on the wall, I took a quick glance at his face before he turned back to Erica. He was also wearing a mask.

I stopped mid way, it was him.

Erica's eyes were wandering around the bar as if she was looking for someone. Her eyes then locked with mine and she raised her eyebrows.

I could already feel what was about to happen next.

Crap

I signaled Erica all different types of 'no'.

Something about talking to guys that aren't my coworkers or family members has me looking and sounding like an idiot.
