Screamer

Fear, pain and hate, I always have these.
I am a sinner, with garden of dead roses
Pain makes me scream, no I don't hold it me.
Some people call my work art, I call it the key
To open the way for me.

No dear, don't come here.
My voice is loud, my demons are everywhere.
Imma get heard, understood and feared.
This is the way you survive in here.
You choose to lead.
When the world burns with hate.
People control, other die,
And others flee in the dark of night.

Tell me what you are scared of;
Is it death, Pain or loss?
Do you seek for power even if you lose?
I am not afraid to admit that I don't fear those.
I am the sucker of pain after all.

I said, run away and don't come near!
My voice is loud my demons are everywhere.
Who doesn't fear must be feared,
And the time you lose must get regained.

Sooner or later, we'll all leave.
So I do my work and I scream my words.
Time will go, but you will still be,
Sitting there, still listening to me,
Knowing that you won't go,
Even if I am long gone.

Stay with me, don't go away.
My demons are here, but my angels are near.
They'll keep us sane in every way.
I am still screaming, but like a nightingale.
Come hither, come hither, come hither!
There is nothing to fear, in here!
I'm a screamer, I am fighter and survivor so don't go away!

A/N: so this is my strongest and deepest poem, so I thought of explaining it.

Explanation.

It's talking about a person trying to fight his demons. At first he talks about pain, fear and hate which he has in him. Those, are the symptoms of depression. So that person has depression. He's talking about how bad is that earth. How it is filled with hate and wars. How it has a controller and a slave. And then he shouts for you not come here because he's insecurities and anxiety 'demons' are taking over.

Then he asks if you feel the fear of the death or the pain, he asks if you can bare to lose after you control, then he admits he doesn't feel fear, not feeling itself means the continuity of depression which is still taking over the depression. That's stanza in particular, is talking about self harming and suicidal, emphasised at 'I am the sucker for pain after all'

That person believes in the end, he knows one day that he'll die, so he's attempting to leave a mark in the people. So when he did, people will remember his words, and the way he was pained when he was saying them.

Now the hero is saner which means, he's curing himself (feel free to feel it as you want) and instead of pushing you away he's calling for you to stay with him, he's now still screaming but he's voice is as good as a nightingale. There are demons (depression) still in his life, but peace (angels) are holding him up. So don't fear him, he's okay. 'Come hither' is inspired from William Shakespeare's Under The Greenwood Tree.

This poem is talking about the depressed people and self-harmers, everyone is feeling low (it's not talking about me, I swear) for any depressed one reading this! This is you! I know how you feel but just pull yourself together! You're strong enough to take control of your life. You can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you wanna be!
