Heartbreak
I behold the years in front of me.
It surprises me how the days can flee.
And I am here alone not moving on.
Because the words have left me sore.No one craves the pain as I do,
But it took me a lot to figure out where to go.
I was broken way too far.
I went with my darkness and grieve into a war.No one knows what I am in.
No one saw what's under my skin.
A soul too heavy, and a heart too scarred.
And there he goes back to his life.
Looking for another girl who he could drive,
Happy, then whipped then struck then tired,
From trying to stay or step forward or go back to the start. It breaks to fall to the floor after you'd gotten used to the life up there.
It scares to be stuck in a labyrinth of questions to what caused you to be here.
Here with the heartbroken girl who's me,
Trying to get free,
From a life I don't belong to,
And it all is what a heartbreak can do~*~
