Fallen Down,Fallen Down. ||24||

We started running towards the spreading fire,soon enough ashes started to appear in the air and it was beginning to get hard to breathe.

I heard distant screaming as I saw a few squirrels run away from the destroyed scene.What if Jack in there?

What if Jack caused it?

My mind suddenly goes blank as Jeff grabs my arm,I turn towards him.

"You and Angel are gonna go and hide and me and Zero are gonna go and see if we can find Jack." He stated with a stern face.

"No Jeff I need to go with you please,I made a promise to Jack and I plan to keep it." I spat,pulling my arm back.

"What if you get hurt?" Jeff asked.

"What if you lose a limb." He muttered.

"What if you get kidnapped!" He raised his voice a little.

"You could get stabbed or killed or drowned or burned or raped or-" I stopped him.

"Stop I get it!" I yelled and stepped forward,getting into his face.

"But you don't understand,I love Jack and I need to do this!" I growled,Jeff shook his head and tried grabbing at my hands,I dodged his grip and ended up running away from him.

"Y/n,no!" Jeff yelled as he ran after me,I darted towards the fire and more and more ashes started to fall onto me as I ran deeper into the woods,I could actually start to feel heat all around me.

I got so sweaty after awhile and it was getting hard to breathe through it all.I wiped away my sweet sweat across my forehead before looking all around me.

Red beamed all around me,ashes fell like rain as I started to wobble and shake. I cursed under my breath as my legs gave out and I fell to the ground, I heard muffled yelling coming from every direction.

My eyes darted to my left,that creature called Rake was jumping towards me,everything was in slow motion as the rake reached out his long sharp claws towards me and I quickly shot back up and started running where ever.

The fire covered branches passed me,heat from the now dying trees suffocated me as I ran.Hearing branches and rabid growling coming from behind me scared me,I wish Jeff was here to help me and protect me.

I feel bad for running away from him,he's probably worried sick right now.

Suddenly,I got a good idea once my eyes focused on a weirdly shaped rock just a few feet in front of me,I would stop and then hit Rake with the rock.It was long and looked pretty thick,maybe it'll save me some time.

I quickly kneeled down and that's when the growling stopped,I didnt want to waste my chance of hurting this thing so all in one motion I grabbed the heavy rock and swung it behind me,I hurt a loud thud and then someone yell out.

It wasn't the Rake's voice..

It wasn't Jeff's voice..

And it sure as hell wasn't one of the girls..

I froze,the rock slid from my hands and dropped onto the ground where it belonged.Blood stained the end of the rock..

I couldn't find my words,I was so overwhelmed by the heat and by everything that's been happening.

His curly brown hair was messy and looked unbrushed,his grey skin looked stained with scratches and dirt,his dark grey hoodie was no where to be seen,he was in a black tshirt.
He was groaning and holding the side of his head,where I hit him..

"Jesus christ,what the hell did Jeff teach you!" He cursed and then shook the blood off his hand.

"J-...Jack.." I slowly walked towards him,he looked up at me and showed a small smile.

I grabbed onto jack and hugged him tightly,I dug my face into his shirt and cried.I was so happy to finally see him in one piece,I was so scared he was dead.

"Wow,didn't know you missed me this much." He teased,patting my back and letting his head rest ontop of my head.

I grabbed his face and pulled it to mine,I kissed him softly before I wiped the tears from my face.Why does he seem so calm?

I held his face in my hands,I rubbed his cheek as I noticed blood trickling down the side of his head.I turned his head to see it better..

It was alot worse than I thought.

"Is it bad? you got me pretty good. I guess I should've waited for you to attack the Rake before I did." He chuckled.

I nodded,feeling worried again.

"No need to worry,you're with me now.We can leave and finally be together.." he purred,running his fingers through my hair.

"What about Jeff,he's still looking for me because I ran away from him earlier." I said.

"Ran away from him,why?" He asked.

"He told me to stay put while he tried to find you,I didn't want to so I ran and well,now,here I am." I muttered,looking around me.

"You should've listened,but I guess if you did we probably wouldn't of met." He stated.

"Come on,let's get out of here before it's gets any worse." Jack tried tugging at my hand,I didnt want to leave,what about Jeff?

"We can't leave Jeff here!" I yelled,trying to walk back to where I left Jeff.

"It's too dangerous,Y/n let's go!" He yelled back,I wasn't about to leave  Jeff here like that,it's not right! He cared for me and saved me.

"I can't leave him Jack I'm sorry,but please let me go I can't I just can't!" I begged,he suddenly let go of my arm and I stopped in my tracks.

Jack looked mad,I followed his gaze and saw who he was looking at.

Jeff's P.O.V

I felt like I couldn't breathe,but I didn't want to stop,not until I find Y/n.
I heard a familiar screech call out,thinking Rake had found Y/n I growled as I picked up my pace.

Throwing myself against the branches of the trees and trying to follow the growling.
I saw a small glimce of Y/n's colored shirt.I went to chase Rake when I was pulled from behind me,I fell backwards and let out a grunt.
My hand had slipped under my leg and my knife had stabbed it,it wasn't too deep but it sure did hurt like hell.

Before I could get up,I was pinned down by my shoulders.Jack stood above me,smiling like a maniac.

"I appreciate you getting her to me but,she's mine now.Go away." The last part he growled,pushing me further against the ground.

He jumped up and started to run towards Y/n.

I tried getting up,with all my might I tried.

Come on Jeff get up!

GET UP!

I let out a shake filled whimper,I leaned myself against a tree and let my head rest against it.

"Motherfucker.." I cursed under my breath.
