Everything Changes...

Two years....

It's been two years since you've seen Dorian, no letters or anything but why would you expect any? You broke his heart.

Everyone else is doing great, Cullen and Elissa are happily together with a small pup, they act like it's their child. You kinda felt bad for them, trying to have a family but only to have it corrupted by the blood tainting one's veins. It sounded rough..

Josephine found her someone in all this mess, you just never had thought it would have been Blackwall. They two were were like parents, they even looked like they would be. Blackwall was kind to her, fearing Leliana would murder him in his sleep if he didn't. Josie would be so awkward the first week or so when he brought her flowers. They were perfect together...

Bull managed to find someone. Another Qunari. Her name was Herah (my first Inquisitor). You have never been more scared of woman until you saw her, she was taller than you but shorter than Bull. Her horns were curled instead of sticking out like Bull's, and not to forget that she carries a giant mallet to battle. If you saw her running at you during battles you would probably be paralyzed, but Bull was happy, noting wrong with that.

You and a few others were alone. But it didn't matter anymore.

For the past two years you kept telling yourself you'll never see him again or that he doesn't want to see you again. You were pathetic, that letter he left you, you had it in a small amulet. Always close to your heart.

Enough about everything good that's happened there's been some terrible stuff too.

Where to start off, oh yes. You lost your arm. Well it was taken...  You can thank Solas for that .
((Bear with me I've never played Trespasser so if I get things wrong sorry))

Fen'harel. A god in disguise... He needed the Anchor so he needed your arm due to it being a part of you and permanent.

Skyhold was becoming vacant. Soldiers were leaving due to the "threat towards Thedas" being over. Those who stayed were few. You and Cass stayed, Varric would come in time to time sometimes he would be by himself or with a party of a woman with a red marking across her nose and a tan elf with white hair and strange markings.

But that was about was it. You stayed in your room and sulked while Cassandra tried to take care of you. You felt bad for her as well, taking care of the mess you've became.

You barely ate, resulting in lightly sunken skin. You were just a huge mess.

But let's cut to now and see how you are today.

"Inquisitor, open up please." Cassandra spoke through the door.

"Cassandra I told you not to call me that anymore, I'm just I/N.." You shuffle to the door and open it.

"You'll need this." She shoved a rather fancy set of clothing into your arms.

"Why..?" You cock your eyebrow.

"Why it's the anniversary, today is the day you stopped Corypheus." She smiled, it was a rare sight indeed but you grew used to the soft glow on her face.

"But why do I need this?" You look at the black velvet top. Specially made for you. The left sleeve longer than the right, this was so you could tie the sleeve and have room for the appendage. Cassandra was the few who knew about your arm, most of the soldiers knew of course but no one else.

"I have invited everyone back here for a grand ball. Think of it as a new annual thing, the one day we can see everyone we missed. You can see him."

"Cass, he's not coming." You sigh, with her being the only one staying with you, you told her everything about Dorian. How he made you feel and how you broke his heart. She was there for you.
