"You're an ass.."

You left early, it was even before the birds sung. It was a cold morning, the wind nipped at your ears. You put on a hooded cloak and head to the war table.

Maker only knows why the council wanted to meet so damn early.

The caws of ravens sound all too familiar, they sung their night time blues. To some it was annoying, to others, including you, it was a alert from the council. Who needs letters when you have terrifying black birds?

The door creaked loudly, inside was a restless Leliana and, for once, a tired Cullen.

"Inquisitor..." He mumbled.

"Commander, Leliana. Where's Josephine and Cassandra?"

"Probably still asleep." She spoke softly.

You noticed her hood wasn't on, she had it down.

Does she sleep in that?  You thought to yourself.

Cullen didn't have his amour either, he had his sleep attire on. He wasn't that bad looking without armour but blonds aren't your type.

You adjusted the cloak to hide the bare skin of your chest.

"Can someone tell me why we had to have a meeting so early?" Cassandra mumbled as she pushed the door open. She looked like she didn't get any sleep.

"Because it's important." Varric came in behind Cassandra.

"What is he doing here-" Cassandra seemed ill.

"Because Seeker, I have someone who might be able to help us." Varric handed you a note.

The seal was unfamiliar and... blue? It wasn't the same blood rust red everyone else used, but blue like sapphires.

The note inside was small. Brief.

Varric.
I should be arriving at Skyhold in a day's time.

"Q. H. ?" You look at Varric.

"She's an old friend of mine, I believe she would like to introduce herself. I received that yesterday. So sometime today she will be here."

"Why didn't you tell us the day you got it?" Josephine put her hands on her hip. You didn't even realize she was in the war room.

"'Cause I heard yesterday was someone's special day." Varric gave you a sly smirk.

Everyone looked straight into your eyes.

"I- erm-" you lost all words. "I wish we don't speak if it Varric." You shoot him a nasty glare but he just smiled.

"Whatever you say Your Inquisitoralness." He gave a mocking bow and left the room.

You sigh.

"But now we are intrigued Inquisitor, tell us." Josephine crossed her arms.

"I rather not, not now."

T

he Council had decided that now that everyone was up, they might as well continue with plans and resourse mission. The boring stuff. You just wanted to be back in your room with your now Fiance. //thats not spelled right is it?//

By the time you did leave the war room the sun was about to shine over head. You curse slightly and head back to your quarters. A nice nap sounded good, so good. You trudged up the stairs, barefeet slapping against the cold stone floor. Shuddering lightly you crawl into the bed and in no time, cold arms wrap around your torso.
