Karun

Who is Karun? When we hear the word of Karun, we will think about the wealth of ancient people buried in the ground. Actually, Karun is a person's name. In Arabic Karun is written as Qarun. Qarun is Moses' cousin who obeys worship. He had many children with a poor economic situation. One day, Qarun asked Moses to pray for him to become rich. Moses' prayer was received by God. Qarun became a very rich person! It is estimated that his wealth will not be lost until the end of time because of his treasure warehouse that contains gold, gems, and other luxury items.

But what happens after God gives abundant wealth? He spends it, showes off his wealth, never says thank to God and never shares his wealth. What he does everyday is take a walk in front of a lot of people accompanied by 70 burly men carrying the keys to his property. Some information revealed that he had drowned because of the earthquake.
