3rd Pov
On the ridge of Dormin Moutain, there is an old man in a flight suit, with binoculars which are pointed at the train tracks below, he then starts talking to someone over the intercom.
???: Is the train on schedule?
Intercom: Yes, Mr. Tombs it should be arriving just about.........now.
Just then the train turns a corner and is now in plain view of Tombs.
Tombs: I see it.
???: Good, now the Oscorp tech should be in the back of the train.
Tombs: Affirmative, I'm going in.
Tombs ready his flight suit ready then flies off the mountain peak and soars down the fast-moving train. Soon after he is directly hovering over the car that he wants.
Tombs: Cutting now.
He then throws a small device on to the car, attaches itself to it extends a small torch and starts cutting in a circular motion. When it's finished the piece that it cut drops to the floor and then Tombs retracts his wings and drops down into the storage car with all the glorious Oscop tech there just waiting to be taken.
???: Well?
Tombs: Your intel was spot on.
???: Really!?
Tombs: Yeah with this haul, we will be set for life.
Meanwhile
Passenger Car
Civilian: OH, then what happened?
Spider-Man: Now the third fight with Trapster I won by convincing him that he left his oven on in his apartment, so he ran back to turn it off where he found the police waiting for him, as well as finding a turned-off oven.
Civilian: How did you convince him the oven was even on?
Spider-Man: I honestly don't know, I did not expect it to work at all, but when I saw that he actually believed me I burst out laughing. But Trapster is a sore loser so for the fourth time, he tried to glue everything in sight as revenge.
Civilian: *Laughing* What!
Spider-Man: And that's when...*Spider-Sense*
Civilian: Spidey?
Spider-Man: Yeah, sorry, I'll be right back.
He then politely moves through the passengers, making his way to the Oscorp boxcar.
Oscorp Car
Tombs opens up a box, and pulls out an energy gun from it, examining it. Then Spidey opens the door and sees Tombs but he hasn't noticed him yet. So Spider-Man leans on a box in a casual position.
Spider-Man: *Ahem* Excuse me, this is the vice conductor, and this isn't the car with the thrift shop donations so, I am afraid I am going to have to ask you to leave.
Tombs does not even turn around when he answers him.
Tombs: Vice conductor? How old are you?
Y/n's eyes widen as he was not expecting that response.
Spider-Man: Uh...thirty-three?
Tombs: Oh, wait I just remembered I don't care.
He then turns around and fires the energy gun at him, and fires sending him back to the end of the boxcar denting it. After shaking off the shock from the energy gun, he gets up.
