One Day after Spider-Man left for Argus
Mistral Maximum Security Prison

Otto was sitting in his cell just trying not to move very much, ever since Vulture crashed into him his leg hasn't been working right, so at the moment he was thinking about what went wrong, how Y/n was able to beat him when his plan was flawless, he was 100% sure he accounted for every possibility but he still lost. His concentration was soon interrupted when he heard footsteps right outside his cell door, then the hatch on the door opens.
Guard 1: Turn around and place your hands against the wall.
Octavious does what he says knowing he is in no position to fight. When he does the door opens revealing two guards.
Guard 1: Search him.
When he gives the command the second guard searches Otto finding nothing.
Guard 2: All clear sir.
Guard 2: Good now cuff him.
And as instructed he cuffs him and walks him to the door.
Otto: What's going on?
Guard 1: You're being transferred to a more secure place up north.
Otto: More secure?
Guard 2: Just keep moving!
He shoves him foward a couple of inches.
With no other options, Otto complies and follows the Guard to a prisoner truck, and he quietly gets in the truck, the first Guard hops in the driver seat while the second gets in the back with Otto to make sure he doesn't try anything.
Guard 1: Alright let's get going.
The engine starts and they start driving, the drive was slow and uneventful but was unusually long, longer than a prisoner transfer should normally take. Then Otto felt them come into a stop and he heard a large door opening. He assumed that they made it to the prison. Then the back doors open with the first guard on the other end.
Guard: Where here.
The second guard escorts Otto out of the van, and to Otto's surprise they were not at a prison, but an Oscorp science facility with the latest state of the art equipment, years ahead of what Atlas had and Norman Osborn himself walks around the front of the van and smiles.
Norman: Good you brought him here.
Guard 1: Yeah, and where is the money you promised us.
Norman just smiles and pulls out a gun.
*Bang*
*Bang*
He shoots the two guards in the head killing them instantly, Otto and Norman didn't even flinch as their lifeless bodies fall to the floor.
Norman: Idiots.
He then walks to Otto and proceeds to uncuff him.
Otto: Thank you Norman.
Osborn doesn't respond and just stars Otto down.
Norman: Follow me.
Osborn then walks to an adjacent room, presumably an office. Otto takes a deep breath and walks into the office prepared for the scolding for his failure at Haven.
Norman: What happened at haven?
Otto: It seems that Y/n's friends are more formidable than we initially thought.
Norman: I heard that one of them got her hands on ten you for Stem Packs.
Otto: That is correct.
Norman: How did you allow that to happen!?
Otto: It was an oversite on my part it won't happen again I will destroy all remaining Stem Packs, as well as the formula to make them.
Norman: That mistake cost us, Mistral Otto not only did the Belladonna girl have Stem Pack, but she also brought in the local law enforcement to arrest Adam before my army could show up and frame him for the attack. Arresting him would have secured the Mistral Councils complete confidence in us. But now it might take us years to do so!
Otto: I accept full responsibility Norman, and if you get me another chance to kill him...
Norman: No the iron is too hot having Doc Ock causing havoc again this soon will just draw unwanted attention. I'll handle Y/n myself, but I have a new assignment for you to make amends for your mistake.
Otto: What Project?
Norman: Follow me, I believe you will like it.
Osborn presses a button under his desk and a secret door opens to a hidden laboratory, they both walk-in and Norman walks to a small glass box in the center of the room with all kinds of equipment surrounding it like it's an exhibit.
Otto: A glass box?
Norman: Look closer.
Curious Otto leans in and as he gets close enough a gooey black mass jumps out at him hitting the glass making Otto jump back.
Otto: What is that?
Norman: This is a piece of the Venom creature my team recovered from the ruins of Kuroyuri. As you can see on its own this piece is nothing but if we can weaponize it and bond it with someone under our control we would be unstoppable. I know you too well to know that you would not pass on the opportunity to study a new lifeform, Otto.
Osborn was right this was a chance that he could not slip away.
Otto: I am going to need lots of test subjects, and most will not survive.
Norman: I thought about that.
He picks up a clipboard on the desk.
Norman: Thankfully The Vault prison has been incredibly generous and already provided you with a list of subjects.
Otto takes the clipboard and reads it.

Cell 1313
A man is playing his contraband music box.
Then the prisoner next door in 1312 slams the wall.
Levi: HEY Cletus turn that off!
Cletus: *Smiling* Oh Levi, you really should learn to keep that fat mouth of yours shut...it'll get you into trouble.
Guard: Hey Levi, turn around and put your hands against the wall!
Levi: Why?
Guard: You're being transferred, the warden has decided you should spend your life debt, helping the scientific field.
Levi: *Scared* What, paying my debt in the field of science? What does that mean!? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?
Cletus: It means nothing good. *Giggles*
As Levi is dragged out screaming, Cleatus smiles and winds up his music box once more, signing that twisted tune into the night.
