Ch. 18 Nature vs. Nurture Pt. 1

Venom makes the first move by shooting a tendril out of his fist but Spidey quickly moves out of the way and shoots a web at the tree behind Venom and web zips up to him and grabs him by the throat, Venom was about to go in for a bite but Spidey quickly stopped this by webbing his mouth shut and then proceeded to hit Venom with quick multiple jabs to his face.  Venom then grabs Y/n and smashes him against the tree causing a branch to fall off he then throws him across the plaza, he then rips the webs from his mouth.

Ruby: Y/n!

Ruby then fires three gravity dust bullets, but he just catches one in each hand and eats the last one and only moving Venom back a few feet.  Venom then charges at Ruby with great speed.  Ruby is terrified as she fires multiple bullets at Venom but none of them do much.  With the monster getting closer Ruby readies her scythe, as Venom jumps up for an attack, but at the last moment Spidey swing kicks Venom from the side sending him flying but Venom was able to take hold of Y/n's leg to the ended up crashing through the clinic together.  This did not stop any of then however this did not seem to faze them for long as they continued to beat each other senselessly through the rubble.  Y/n was showing no remorse as he tries to pull the symbiote apart, and when Venom didn't give him that opportunity do that he used his webs to stun Venom while throwing massive amounts of debris at him while Venom used the alien-like abilities he had to confuse him and swipe at him with his claws as well as beating him with his strong hand, and headbutts.  

Spider-Man: Ruby get Qrow to safety!

He says this as he takes a wooden stake and jabs Venom in the left arm with it, causing him to roar in pain.

Ruby does as he says and takes Qrow to a faraway building.

Ruby: Your going to be Okay just stay her we will come and get you once we finish this.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man in a state of anger Takes Venom and manages to throw him at the tree in the center of town, and he through him so hard that Venom actually ends up going through the tree causing the top part of the tree to fall and crush a nearby building. This obviously shook Venom but he just starts laughing.

Venom: AHAHAH Where was this fight when you abandoned you're family Y/n?

Spider-Man: SHUT THE HELL UP!

He then shots two electric webs at him but this does absolutely nothing.  Ruby then Dashes and swipes at Venom with her weapon, in an attempt to cut him in half but Cresent Rose can't cut all the way through as it gets stuck in the middle.

Ruby: Come on!

Venom: Well this is embarrassing.

Ruby: Not yet!

Ruby then transforms Cresent Rose into its gun mode, with the barrel still stuck in Venom, and fires sending her back and taking a big chunk out of Venom.

Venom: AHHAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Y/n goes to help Ruby up

Spider-Man: Good work.

Ruby: Thanks but it's not over yet.

Spider-Man: You got that right.

The symbiote fixes the hole in his chest that Ruby made.

Venom: That hurt like hell you bitch!

Venom then shoots multiple spikes from his body, Ruby runs out of the way, while Spidey grabs an old sign and uses it as a shield.  He blocks most of them but two spikes managed to cut him one on his leg and one on his left shoulder.
