Two Weeks Later
3rd Pov
The Town has quieted down since the Green Goblins attack, and the news reported little casualties due to the actions of our heroes. However, there was one "Death" that got the attention of the public and managed to get the front page of the Daily Bugle.
Norman Osborn Found Dead
His charred remains were recovered in the rubble of the construction site for the Oscorp clinic. All of Norman's Oscrop assets have been transferred to Wilson Fisk who has been appointed Oscorp CEO following Normans passing.
Now with Norman pubicly dead, the Spidey Friends must stop Wilson Fisk before he finishes what Norman Osborn started. Qrow, Maria and Terra have arranged transportation to Atlas that leaves in the morning. So everyone has decided to stay at the Cotta-Arc house.
However, Yang and Y/n haven't had any alone time in the past two weeks. So they decide to have one more date before they go to Altas and get back to business. So they decide to just have dinner at a local diner because they had enough excitement for a while.
Leo's Diner
The two of them are sitting in a booth across from each other and eating a bowl of fries, but Yang needed to ask Y/n a question that he has been avoiding for the past two weeks.
Yang: *Eating* Oh god these fries are amazing!
Y/n: *Eating* OOOOOOH Yes delicious!
Despite wanting to eat more delicious fries she stops and looks at Y/n in the eyes.
Yang: So do you think Osborn is really dead?
He stops eating and gets a serious look on his face.
Y/n: *Sigh* I...I don't know, he is a cunning genius, but I don't see how he could have made it out of there in time, but still, I can't rule out the possibility.
Yang: Look I know this has been on your mind for the last couple of weeks, but I personally think that he might be gone, I know it's natural to assume the worst but I don't want you to obsess over it, especially since the possibility that he was able to survive is extremely low.
Y/n: I know, but...still it scares me to think that he might still be out there.
Yang: Well let's think about the possibility that he is gone, then our mission gets a whole lot easier doesn't it?
Y/n: *Deep Breath* Well if we stop Fisk, from continuing Normans work, and bring down Oscorp then...
Yang: Our mission is complete, right?
Y/n: Y...Yeah, I guess it is, wow I uh I never had much time to think about what comes next.
Yang smiles seeing that she managed to get Y/n to look on the bright side.
Yang: Well now would be a good place to start, so what do you want to do after all this is over.
Y/n: Oh...well...I guess, for starters move back to Vale, get a job, and find a new apartment.
Yang: Thats a good place to start.
Y/n: Yeah well the last one might be a bit difficult. Vale was never known for its affordable prices.
He just laughs to himself but Yang starts thinking and gives him a shy smile.
Yang: *Nervous* You know you can always stay with my place.
Y/n gets extremely flustered at the question.
Y/n: *Nervous* Y...yes...I...if...you...uh...are sure Ruby...and Tai wouldn't....uh...wouldn't mind me...sleeping on the couch, heh heh.
Yang: No I don't think they will.
They both share a laugh but then Yang continues speaking.
Yang: *Nervous* But if everything does...uh does go back to being mostly normal, and then I could get my Huntress license, and I could get my own place in the city...and...I...I...would...I...would like...it...if you moved in with me...th...that is if you want to.
Y/n:*Nervious* No. I mean yes I mean, no I don't *not* want to, meaning I *do* want to...but, only if you do.
Yang: *Lovingly* I wanted to for a while.
Y/n: *Lovingly* Me too.
After that, the two reach across the table until their lips meet and share a passionate kiss. A kiss wich each poured their love into.
The Next Morning
The group says goodbye to Saphron, Terra, and little AJ, while getting on the Atlas Air-Ship that they managed to get for helping save the city. And they wave goodbye to their new friends until the hanger doors come to a close.
The ship is massive to accommodate everyone, most people were in the back, but Oscar and Maria were up in the cockpit.
Oscar: Everyone ready for lift-off?
P.U.M.A: Okay since when can the farm boy fly air-craft?
Qrow: It's complicated.
Maria: What isn't these days.
As they take off the airship sets a course for Atlas. This gave the group time to reflect.
Y/n: So what do you guys want to do when we get to Altas?
Nora: I want to eat the biggest ice cream cone I can find!
Ren: Nora, no remember what happened the last time?
Nora: Come on I told you I was sorry!
Pyrrha: Do I even want to know the story behind that?
Nora: *Giggles* I don't think so.
Blake: I wanna try some of the local sushi.
Y/n: Are you sure? I heard that the sushi in Atlas is INCREDIBLY expensive.
Yang: *Smiles* More than it already is you mean?
Blake: *Worried* No, I...I'm sure that I could afford it right...Weiss.
Weiss: I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it does cost five times as much than it does in Vale and it the portions are twice as small.
Blake: No...
Weiss: But there is canned sushi, that is dirt cheap!
Blake: *Sarcastic* Yay...
They all just start laughing together like this is a road trip.
Y/n: What do you want to do Sunflower?
Yang: Oh, throw a snowball at Ruby.
Ruby: Not if I hit you with one first!
Yang: OH it is on now!
Y/n: Why don't we have a snowball war after all this is done.
Nora: YEAH!!!!! I WILL CRUSH YOU ALL!!!
Yang: *Giggles* Well you have done it now Tiger.
They just continue making friendly conversation, and Y/n was beginning to think that maybe the hard part was behind all of them. Little did they know that would be proven false when they reached Atlas....
