It had been about five weeks and me and Emily had seen each other twice since. I had only just got back from Chelsea and Jack and I had recently become super close. I was going to his house later that day, for some reason.

I got ready in my black skinny jeans and my bright yellow vest top. Jack only lived like two roads away so I walked to his instead of being dropped off. I got there and answered to see Jack in trackies and no top.

"You're not dressed" I moaned at him.

"We're not going out, we're going to have a Netflix day!" he exclaimed happily. I couldn't help but smile, my idiotic smile. I went upstairs and sat on Jack's bed whilst he went to the kitchen. He came back up with melted chocolate, normal chocolate, popcorn, fizzy drinks and sweets along with marshmallows. I couldn't help but laugh.

"You've gone through a lot of effort"

"Don't laugh at me Fowler!" he smirked.

He sat down next to me and as I had already put on Netflix we cuddled whilst eating. The film was pretty scary so I had to hide in Jack's chest quite a lot, which he seemed to find very funny. We finished it and decided we couldn't be bothered to get up and put on another film yet, so we just sat and spoke for a while.

"Grace," Jack started. He seemed quite nervous.

"Jack?"

"Um, so I've been thinking lately," he started. "And I mean, we've became pretty close, but I don't know. I really like you Grace"

I could feel my cheeks heat up and I was lost for words.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I felt a huge smile grow on my face and I was absolutely ecstatic!

"Yes" I fell into him, hugging him.

I never knew Jack liked me in that way, I thought I was just in the friend zone, but I was completely wrong- obviously.

After a few more hours it was getting quite late so Jack walked me home. As we got outside my house I was about to go in when Jack pulled me back and kissed me. It was weird, it didn't feel like when I kissed Hayes, but it still felt right. We said goodbye and I walked in smiling to my ears. I didn't expect to walk into my front room to have Matt, Laura, Hayes, Sam, Jade and Alice to be there. I freezed and furrowed my eyebrows.

"Sorry, we were having a movie night, what's up with you?" Matt laughed.

"Oh um, it's nothing" I smiled and sat on the floor, leaning my back on the sofa.

After the film finished Sam, Jade and Alice went home, and of course, Hayes stayed. We were about to put another film into the DVD player when Laura stopped us.

"Hold on, where did you say you were today?" she questioned me.

"You know where I was, I was at Jack's?"

"HOLY SHIT" she screamed.

"What?" Matt questioned.

"HER AND GILINSKY"

"NOOO WAY?"

"YES WAY!!!"

I laughed and buried my head in my hands.

"When were you planning on telling us?"

"Well Hayes, I wasn't planning on telling you. I was planning on telling Laura and Matt when you left, but that would probably be impossible considering you basically live here now!" I snapped.

"Woah Grace, calm down" Matt told me with a bit of confusion and calmness in his voice.

I sighed.

I knew what I did was wrong, but Hayes was really winding me up. He'd nonstop take the piss out off me being with Jack constantly. He seemed like he was jealous which was ridiculous, it's like I couldn't be happy.

"I'm going to bed" I told them as I got up and went to my room where I flopped myself down on my bed. I put my phone on charge as it had ran out and fell straight asleep.
