Nicks POV
The threats kept getting worse, and though it broke my heart, I was leaving. Hopefully Emily would find someone better, and move past me.
I finished packing my bags when there was a knock at the door of my apartment. I opened it to find Adam.
"What's up Adam?" I ask.
"Are you leaving?" He interrogates me when he sees my bags.
"Look, you don't understand why I'm doing this. I love it here, I love the places and the people. I love you guys!! But... something has come up." I say half truthfully.
"Your just leaving? Were you planning on telling anyone?" Adam seems angry now.
Then I admit,
"No. I wasn't going to tell. The less you know, the better. I'm just dragging danger with me and I can't afford to have any of you hurt." I go grab my bags.
"Thanks for the memories, see ya around sometime Adam." I say and walk to my car after turning in the keys to my apartment.
Delaware, here I come.
Emily's POV

Was I not enough?
Was I trying too hard?
Was I boring him?
Did he find someone else?
Where did he go?
Do we have more tissues?
