"Not home"

After the last class of the day, an information meeting about the camp was about to be held and of course Jimin had to rag me to that as well.

"I don't need to know all the package info... I need to swim in the lake, before it gets too cold" I complained and he only lightly grunted in response all the while he took a stronger grip on the collar of my shirt, so that I wouldn't be able to escape.

"Do you think Taehyung is handsome?" Jimin asked out of nowhere, seemingly daydreaming and I stared at him with wide eyes... What?

"Are you sure you're into girls?" I joked and he gave me a warning glare. "Some of the girls talked about it during one of the breaks" he explained and I hummed. "Well, he isn't exactly ugly..." I confessed slowly and he nodded along. "What do you think everyone finds attractive about him?" my best friend asked concerned, almost a little gloomy and I grabbed his chin to make him look at me.

"Jiminie, you are gorgeous so don't ever compare yourself to that guy, you're beautiful" I argued and he smiled weakly.

"Its just... You know Rosé? She adores him and it kind of makes me jealous, because I can't compete- who'd ever wanna be with me if they can't be satisfied?" my best friend mumbled out sadly and I tried to smile encouragingly.

"If she doesn't realise what a stellar person you are, she isn't worth it... I'll hunt her down if she ditches you" I stated and Jimin rolled his eyes. "But I don't wanna give up on her, I actually really like her" he groaned and I looked down to our feet, that had somewhere along the conversation stopped moving.

The two of us just stood completely still for a while, both of us thinking quietly to ourselves.

"Well, we can manage this later, but we've got an information meeting right now" I reminded him, to get his thoughts to focus on something different... and he nodded, before he continued to drag me.

After a while when we had already sat down in the big room, chairs pulled up into long rows- Jimin grinned seemingly a lot happier while glancing over to me.

"So you think Taehyung is handsome huh?" he asked smugly, laughter quickly erupting from him as he nudged me in my side. I unwillingly blushed and punched his shoulder repeatedly. "No I don't, he's just not ugly" I hissed and he chuckled heartedly.

"But that means you think he's not bad looking" he nagged in a happy tone and I shrunk into my chair and crossed my arms over my chest. Fudge him...

I'm not gonna help him with his problems anymore...

"Everyone listen up!" The art teacher interrupted everyone with a genuine smile. "I'm so happy to see so many of you interested in the camp" she continued and everyone faked their smiles back to her... except maybe three people in the front row, whom were actually happy to go.

"Okay, I'll start right away- you will be living in small rooms of three to four people in each, with boys and girls in separate corridors" she explained and some of the guys laughed at the information... they'd probably find a way around that.

"We're actually going to draw and paint mostly outside, so if anyone is sensitive to too much sunlight, bring long sleeved shirts and so on, you will have two hours of paint class from 10-12 on the first half of the day, then lunch and then continued 14-15 for the painting, which is going to be done in both water- and oil colours. More specific info for each person and class will be given at the camp" she spoke... and I had a hard time to sit up straight since I got so tired by all her talking. No offense, but I was forced into this so~

I may have fallen asleep... and when I woke up I found myself in the backseat of Jimin's car, with a sheer shirt on and a pair of tight, black leather trousers. His go to party clothes...

How the heck did I not wake up if he has even driven home and changed outfits? I tried to sit up, but a bump in the road made me fall down. The second try I was able to sit straight and I looked at my best friend through the rearview mirror.

"Uhm? Jiminie?" I questioned with a raspy voice and he handed me a water-bottle, which was standing in the cupholder.

"Rosé is going to the party so I wanted to go as well... you're here to be my taxi home" he explained with an apologetic smile and I sighed heavily. "So its okay if I sleep in the car until you want to go home?" I asked and he nodded quickly "Of course Yoonie, whatever floats your boat".

I did a small nod to him in the mirror, before laying myself down onto the rather uncomfortable car seats. I grumbled angrily under my breath as the bumps in the road got worse the longer we drove. When Jimin finally stopped— I was way too curious about our whereabouts to be able to sleep, so I sat up again and looked out through the window. We had gone straight through the big city... which I knew laid over an hour away from our local school, but exactly how long I didn't know.

"Well, see you later" Jimin yelled over the music that sounded through the car door. I waved good bye and started studying the people walking past the many cars, which were parked all along the broad road leading up to an enormous houses. The buildings seemingly vibrated from all the people jumping around.

–When I suddenly saw some of the most popular students in our school walking past me, with a clear bottle in their hand I slowly sunk deeper into the soft seat and dragged the collar of my shirt up in front of my face so they wouldn't see me... not that they would even recognise me, we didn't share any class, but I wasn't going to risk it. .

When I instead focused on the warmth of my shirt, I smiled weakly yeah contentedly and fell asleep from the darkness...

"COME ON, THEY ARE CLOSING IN ON US!" I hear Jungkook scream and I sprinted with all my might. I ran past the person in first place and I heard my teammates yell for me to not slow down and in the corner of my eye I could see someone patching up the hole between me and them.

I yelled while pushing my legs to go faster, when suddenly I heard people on the bleachers whistle. I looked around to see that I had won the 800 meters. I grinned and smiled brightly towards the supporters in the stands.

"-EY!" "HEY!" I opened my eyes to see the inside of the car door and a drunken Jimin knocking on the window outside of it. I fumbled with opening the door and he giggled lightly, before literally falling into the car. "I drank some vodka" he kept on giggling like a little kid and I smiled... "I'm sure you did" I commented after I had woken up a bit more.

I steadied myself while I buckled the seatbelt over him as he kept falling over inside the car, his head hitting the window. "Not home" he suddenly slurred and I nodded knowingly. His parents would beat him up if they saw him like this.

"We're going to my place" I stated and my friend nodded slowly, before falling right to sleep. I checked the clock to see that it was half past one am...

Ugh, I'm not gonna get much sleep to tonight.

When I finally neared my place, which was located out in the forest [basically out in nowhere]– I glimpsed a pair of spectacular, animal eyes staring at us as we passed by.

...I was tempted to stop and look a bit closer, but decided it was way too late to do that now.
