E I G H T E E N - Planning

[One week later]

Taehyung had been over the moon for the last few days— he had gotten so much closer to his mate, all thanks to that dinner they shared.

Not to mention that Jungkook (the irritating bastard who would usually take up the small male's entire time) was away for the time being. He had apparently gotten a sports scholarship so he was away on a small introduction week, which meant that Tae could be with Yoongi instead.

"I'm happy for you and all, but you seriously need to stop smiling so creepily all the time" Hoseok muttered under his breath towards his best friend and the taller chuckled at the comment.

"I can't though, he's just too adorable... I cannot not be happy whenever he pops up into my head... which is basically all the time" the alpha mused joyfully and the redhead shook his head tiredly.

"You should focus on football dude, our last game before Halloween is coming up!" The redhead exclaimed loudly and the taller rolled his eyes at the sentence... he knew about that- he had just been a bit too preoccupied with secretly courting his mate to every single place in the school. The wolf literally followed him to the toilet once... before he realised that he should've just waited by the table in the cafeteria.

"Hoseokie! I've got an important question for you!" Jimin suddenly whisper-yelled over the classroom and some of the students glanced up to watch the short male walk over to the two jocks.

"What's up Jiminie?" The beta asked, now having completely forgotten about football since his biggest interest was then present.

"Such a busy man as yourself wouldn't happen to already have costumes for the Halloween ball, would you?" the pink-haired man questioned softly with a small, fake pout on his already plump lips.

"Oh no... both I and Tae here have a lot on our plates at the moment" Hoseok tried to make himself seem more important, though that didn't matter to the shorter boy.

"Well then~ that's great! Because I've got a group idea!" Jimin shouted happily as he jumped at the news and clapped his hands giddily. The redhead smiled at the cute actions and nodded along excitedly.

"That sounds great! Tae you're in, right?" the beta asked knowingly and said person glanced up to the standing boy beside their table.

"Is Yoongi gonna partake as well?" the wolf asked through a small mumble and Jimin nodded repeatedly with a small smile - knowing about the other's adoration towards his best friend.

"Of course! We'll talk it over at his place this afternoon... I'd invite you if I didn't know you had practice later today" the pink-haired male trailed off and the two werewolves stared at each other with wide eyes... alone - with their favourite people - in one of said people's houses...

"Oh no, we actually have the evening off, our coach is quite lenient on that aspect" Hoseok lied while his best friend shrugged nonchalantly, leaning down on the chair trying to act more chill.

"Yeah, what he said"

"Well... okay then, I'll text you Hoseokie and we'll meet up after school yeah?" Jimin sang cheerfully and the other two nodded just as happily.

Jimin had stopped Yoongi from going home just in front of the exit and said male had spun around to suspiciously stare at his best friend.

"Why are we waiting?" the smaller male questioned with his arms folded and one of his eyebrows quirked upwards.

"Well, I've invited two people into our costume group... Hoseokie and Taehyung!" the peachy male explained with an innocent smirk and the other gasped after hearing the truth.

"No... why didn't you ask me about it first? Jimin- it'll be really awkward if the rest of the characters are suddenly there as well... " Yoongi whined out in protest, but was then quickly shut up when two tall figures loomed into their vision.

"Hi, Jiminie!" Hobi yelled excitedly over the sea of human bodies streaming out of the corridors while Tae waved rather shyly to his mate... he could never get used to thinking about it.

"Let's get going guys!" the pink-haired male shouted as they made their way to his car... his best friend coming around to drive it. Yoongi was usually a very good driver, he'd be cautious and secure on the road, but for some reason, he got excessively nervous when more than one person was in the vehicle... or maybe it depended on who the people actually were.

[At the house]

The car pulled up after the wooden path had come to an end and both werewolves turned to look at each other while still in the backseat... they'd been here before, but they never knew anyone actually lived in the small cottage-like building.

"You live alone?" Taehyung asked, almost hinting at a bit of worry and Yoongi glanced up at him from the other side of the car.

"Yeah, but I'm almost never alone, I'm with Jimin" he explained, which did seem to calm the tallest down a smidge.

"Well, let's go inside so we can plan everything out in detail" Yoonngi's best friend stated as he made his way up to the rather tiny blue door. The house itself was painted white, but the colour seemed to be old by all the chipping that it held... a few wild plants had also started crawling upon it, making it look like something out of a fairy tale. 

Once they were inside and situated on the floor with a can of soda for each - they all just sat there a good minute or two looking at the interior, except for a certain wolf who was studying a petit male.

"Well, let's get to it- I better tell you what we're actually dressing up as" Jimin said quickly, breaking the silence and everyone nodded agreeing.

"Yoongi here is going to be Mulan dressed in the warrior armor that she has, so I thought that you Taehyung could maybe be Li Shang, I, on the other hand, wanna wear a dress so I'm gonna be none other than the hilarious matchmaker" Jimin explained and Taehyung couldn't help the smile forming on his lips upon hearing the idea... he was gonna do a couple costume with his mate.

"The only question is what you wanna be Hos-" "I'M GONNA BE MUSHU!" the beta screamed loudly with more passion in his voice than he'd ever had on the football field. Yoongi scratched his ear, fearing he had gone deaf while his best friend stood up hastily - jumping up and down in pure bliss.

"YES!"

"Aren't they perfect for each other?" Tae whispered to Yoongi who nodded along, not realising that the other had shuffled closer, sitting right next to him.
