"Are you seriously thinking that we should give up? How could you even consider doing that!"

I gave everyone in the room a long-lasting hostile glare.

Each.

And.

Every.

Single.

Person.

Where they really going to stop searching for Chloe? That was u t t e r bullshit. I couldn't force myself to believe that for even one moment. I would never in a million years, abandon Chloe even if it were for a trillion something dollars and I knew they wouldn’t either, so why give up?

I at least owe her that much. I owe her the fact that I would never stop fighting for her.

I love Chloe to death... She's been there for me since day one and I for her.

Thinking she was... actually gone or, or thinking that she was possible dead has crossed my mind, I do admit, but that didn't make me lose any hope. She was still alive, I just know it and because of that, I won’t stop looking for her.

"I'm not saying that. I'm... Just saying that Mr. Winters already put in a report and the police are looking into it, but who knows how long they're going to take," Sam replied slowly in a soft manner as if he was trying to explain instructions to a toddler but I already know all of this crap. I didn’t need to be told a second time like I didn’t understand.

Sam was afraid of me, they all were. Luke, Calum, Michael, and Ashton were all well aware that I wasn't someone to be messed with.

Hell! I had just lost my best friend. I wasn't quite "stable."

I scoffed, "The police? They're not doing shit! We should be outt there guys!! We should be looking for Chloe instead of waiting here for god knows how long."

Cal shook his head, the same exact frown he's worn for the past few days hasn't left his face. "Where would we look? If you haven't realized, we don't exactly know where she is Natalie."

"But we won't know if we don't even try! It's been days guys. She could be needing our help but instead, we're at Luke's place seating on our asses doing fucking nothing."

Luke mumbled quietly.

"What was that Luke?" Calum asked.

He spoke up, repeating what he previously said. "I agree with Natalie. We've been stuck here for the past week when Chloe could be in danger."

Ashton bit his lip, "You think we don't care about Chloe too? She's our friend, of course we want to find her!! But we're not detectives, we can't just piece everything together and randomly save her. That’s like Sherlock Holmes's job man."

Michael sighed, "We know she's your girlfriend and you care about her but what do you want us to do?"

"Ya, we're just six teenagers..." Ashton added on, the sadness evident in his voice.

I closed my eyes, trying to hold all the emotions I had before they bubbled up to the surface. I was sure, that if I got any more frustrated and overwhelmed, everything would spill over and create a big mess. If that happened, I don't think I'd have enough strength to clean it up.

"Then we can't give up on her."

"Who said we were?" Calum muttered after a small sniffle. Looks like I wasn't the only one beginning to lose it.
