Mikyung

As soon as I heard Yunho enter his apartment, I jumped up from my hiding place behind his couch and grinned at him mischievously.

"Yunhoooooo!" I grinned widely. "How was your date?"

"Alright, I guess." Yunho shrugs, tossing his backpack onto one end of the couch nonchalantly and flopping onto the other side. "Nothing interesting."

I sighed and rolled my eyes, leering down at his face. "Where did you go before that?"

"Just hanging out with the guys," Yunho shrugs, closing his eyes. I sighed and shook my head, glancing at the clock.

6:17 p.m.

"Hey Yunho?" I turned back to him. "What do you want to eat for dinner?"

"I don't know," Yunho shrugs, his eyes still closed. "Any place you could think of?"

"Can we go eat ramen or something?" I jumped on the balls of my toes. "I need something spicy."

"But I just got home," Yunho grumbled, sounding slightly annoyed.

"Pfft," I roll my eyes playfully, pulling him up to sitting position. "Come on, you don't want to starve to death, do you?"

"Fine," Yunho relented. "Just let me take a quick shower first."

After Yunho's quick shower, we got our fluffy coats and headed off for dinner. We went to the convenience store to buy a few cups of ramen (Yunho bought like five), before sitting on the tables outside the store. I eagerly opened up my cup and poured hot water into it. Yunho glanced at me anxiously.

"Um, Kyung," he began. "You better be careful with that or you might—"

"Ow!" I exclaimed as a drop of hot water landed on my fingers. It's just a drop of hot water, but it still burned. I hurriedly dipped my hand into the snow next to me, and breathed a sigh of relief as the heat left my hand.

"—accidentally burn yourself," Yunho finished, sighing to himself and shaking his head.

"You couldn't finish that sentence quicker?" I raised my eyebrows, proceeding to cautiously stir my noodles.

"You're the one who wasn't careful, it isn't my fault," Yunho smirks, and I can't help but admit that his statement is somewhat true.

"Jerk, I hate you," I grumbled, slowly blowing my noodles before gently placing them into my mouth.

"You know you love me," Yunho only grins before proceeding to eat his own dinner.

I just rolled my eyes as he laughed.

For the next half hour, we were only eating ramen in silence. But it wasn't the kind of awkward silence, nope. It was the kind of comfortable silence that hangs in the air when you just want to chill out and relax. After I finished my two cups, I was surprised to see Yunho slurping his fifth, four other empty cups on the side, forgotten.

"You're on your fifth already?" I exclaimed, tearing through the silence. "How fast did you eat?"

"Top speed," Yunho joked. "But yes, I ate really fast."
