"Yunho? Where are you going?" I cocked my head as I spotted Yunho tying his sneakers just outside his apartment. I was cooking breakfast for myself when I heard noises outside, and spotted him there.
"Oh, hello, Kyung," he dipped his black cap down with greeting. "I'm just off on a date with Suzy."
I gaped. "What happened to the shy fanboy Yunho who used to be so shy to even talk to her? Why so brave now?"
"Shut up," Yunho murmured, his cheeks pink. "We're dating now, so I feel more confident in asking her out."
"YOU'RE DATING HER ALREADY?!?" I screeched. I know that Yunho had already confessed to her, but I didn't know they were already dating since nobody ever told me that.
Yunho flinched at my shout. "Yeah?"
I cackled with delight and slapped my friend on the shoulder. "Jeong Fricking Yunho, I am proud that you are already dating the girl of your dreams and that you're already confident enough to ask her out on dates. You have truly grown from the shy boy I knew in seventh grade into the confident young man you are now."
Yunho chuckled, pink tinting his cheeks. "Thanks, Kyung, that was moving. But please don't call me Jeong Fricking Yunho again."
"I always call you that," I grin widely. "You just never complain, so I figured you have no problem with the nickname."
Yunho sighed and rolled his eyes, smiling at me. "Well, I better get going, before I end up being late for my own date. Bye!"
As soon as Yunho left, I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair, heading off to my bedroom. I need to look for a job to help me earn money so I can buy food and other necessities, but so far, I haven't found one yet. Just as I was going to go back to my laptop and look for another job, my phone suddenly vibrated and played Ain't My Fault by Zara Larsson. I plucked it out of my pocket and glanced at the ID Caller: Jongie.
"Hey, Jongho!" I greeted. "Why are you calling me today?"
"Yeah, uh, I need a favor," Jongho responded. "You're on spring break now, right?"
"Yeah?" I answered. "What's that gotta do with a favor?"
"Well, I'm short a waiter. Jinhyeok has a fever and couldn't come today, and well, the café is overflowing these days, and I don't think Gunho and Eunna could handle the constant flow of customers any longer. Can you help replace Jinhyeok? I mean, you don't have to, but I'll pay you—"
An idea sparked in my head.
"I'll do it!" I exclaim, perhaps a bit too loudly.
I could literally hear Jongho wince on the other end, but he didn't seem to care as he responded, "Really? You will?"
"Yeah," I nodded, slamming my laptop shut. "I was actually job-hunting a while ago until you called. Thanks for the timing, Jongie!"
"Jongho," he corrected, grumbling.
"You know you love the nickname!" I grin cheerily, yanking some clothes from my cupboard. "Oh, Jongho, can it also be somewhat permanent? Until the school year ends."
"Sure," he answered on the other end.
"Great! And Jongho?"
"Yeah?"
"Thank you so much, I love you!"
I could sense him smiling on the other end.
"Love you too."

"Whoa," I exclaimed as soon as I reached KQ. "This is a huge crowd."
