After school, the four of us immediately left to the pavilion, chatting and playing with our phones and attempting to do homework (and failing miserably). I eyed Wooyoung and his gang, who were sitting on a table not far from ours.

Yunho, who is sitting right next to me, nudged me playfully. "Why do you keep staring at him?" He waggled his eyebrows knowingly.

I glared at him. "Shut your mouth right now, Yunho, or I will stick then together with duct tape. I'm not joking."

"Whoa, whoa," Mingi's eyes widened, his right hand holding a pencil. He pointed at me warningly. "No violence. I thought Yunho was your best friend."

"He is," I grumbled, looking back at my phone again. "But he's being very annoying today."

"That hurt," Yunho joked.

Before I could slap him on the arm again, Hongjoong interrupted our squabble. "Guys, can you please focus on your Math homework so I can do mine?"

"My gosh, Hong, you're such a nerd," Mingi says, brushing his dyed dark blue hair back. "This is why you haven't got a girlfriend yet."

"At least I'm not lazy," Hongjoong shot back. "Which is the reason why you don't have a girlfriend."

Mingi's ears turned pink and his face reddened slightly. He immediately proceeded to his homework. Hongjoong smiled triumphantly.

Yunho laughed at our group's antics, but I could only stare at Wooyoung while he and San played a video game together. Yeosang and Seonghwa were cheering them on. I sighed, brushing my locks back and glared at my Math homework.

"I'm so done with this question," I grumble, slamming my book shut and grabbing my backpack. "Yunho, let's go home now."

Yunho nodded and collected his things. We said goodbye to Hongjoong and Mingi, who were busy squabbling about who is going to get a girlfriend first. Not wanting to hear anymore of their ridiculous conversation, I grabbed Yunho's wrist and we walked home.

Yunho and I live in the same apartment complex. Our flats are right next to each other. We always go to school and go home together. Both of us live alone since our families are back in Gwangju, except for Yunho's younger brother who decided he didn't want to go to school and work as a barista here instead with my cousin. We visit them daily. Yes, we just happened to have the same hometown. We only met each other here, in Seoul.

On our way back to the complex, we passed by a graveyard. My heart sank as we passed by it, and my steps unconsciously slowed down a bit. Yunho, though, being a very observant person, realized that and paused with me.

"What's wrong?" he asked me, studying my face.

I gulped in air, suddenly finding it very hard to breathe. "Yunho...can we...can we go in there for a minute?" I pointed to the graves lined up in the small area. "I want to...see her for a while."

Yunho sighs lightly, but didn't object for he knew there was no way to stop my wishes. So he nodded and followed me into the graveyard.

I weaved quickly and skillfully through the various tombstones, trying to look for the one I was searching for. When I finally found it I paused in front of it, tears welling in my eyes.

Yunho finally caught up with me, panting his heart out. He looked at the tomb I was staring at and his breathing slowed slightly. He hung an arm around my shoulder comforting me a little. But looking at the grave of Hwang Jaeeun is still painful to experience.

I remember that day. The day that Jaeeun and I were celebrating.

"Jaeeun, come on!" I urge as we left the station. "We need to meet up with Yunho and the others in a few minutes!"
