"Who are the Serpent Queens?" Jughead asked looki...
"Mel?" i heard someone say as i popped the hood of Reggie's car. Looking up i saw Jughead leaning against the front. "What Jughead?"
"So we're back to Jughead and not Juggie," Jughead said trying to make a joke i looked at him and then turned back around. "So i heard you had to offer Reggie something in return for him letting you use his car..what was it?"
"God bless Reggie Mantel and his infuriate complex, his car is a lot like him. It's beautiful to look at but no much going on under the hood, can you hand me to the crescent ranch" i said looking up at Jughead he stared at me for a second before handing me the ranch. "Thanks," i said grabbing it and went back to work. "Are you not going to tell me what you agreed to do with Reggie?"
"It doesn't really matter now does it Jughead"
"Yes it does, i would like to know what my girlfriend and Reggie are going to do"
"Why do you assume I'm your girlfriend Jughead huh? Is it because we had sex? Is that why?"
"I thought..."
"Yeah, that's what got you in this mess," i said as i tighten the last bolt. "Is this why nobody wants to be with you because you keep pushing them away?" walking over to Jughead i moved him so I could close the hood. "If you must know.. i don't see why it's any of your business I agreed to go on a date with Reggie"
"Why would he want that i mean you punched him in the nose the last time you saw him."
"Not true they last time i saw him i didn't really pay attention to him, i think he just wants what he can't have...like someone else i know," i said finally turning towards Jughead. "But i got you," Jughead said wrapping his arms around me. "Why do you push so much?" i asked trying to get out his grip. "Because i know you don't like PDA," Jughead said kissing my lips "Okay now can you let go we have a race to win"
"But if we're a few minutes late it wouldn't kill them"
"Nope," i said finally getting out of his grasp and walking over to the drive side. "hop in loser we're going to a race," i said smiling at Jughead as i took off out the garage and down the street to the race.

"Alright, let's go this" I heard Mary shout. "Mary," i said running over to her and squeezing her tight. "I missed you so much," i said kissing her forehead as my eyes start to water. She laughed in return "I missed you too, what have you been up to since I've been away." she asked as we walked over to the car and Jughead stepped out "Well she has a boyfriend now" Jughead said smiling at Mary "Shut up" i mouthed to him. "Boyfriend?" Mary said looking from me to Jughead shocked.
"Ye...ss...Nnn... Yeah. Oh, and did you see who the leader of the ghoulies are?" i asked trying to change the subject and it worked. "No who?"
"Malakai"
"Malakai? as in cousin Malakai"
"Yes," i said as we started to laugh together. "So enough about me how was it behind bars? Do you have a tattoo on your ass now?"
"No, shut up... but Toni and I..." Mary said looking back at Toni then at me. "I'm sorry but hey there are plenty of Serpents in the grass," i said wrapping my arm around her. She nodded and we got ready for the race. "Let's do it," Tallboy said coming out of nowhere. "Mary do you want to be my partner in crime this time," i asked walking over to the driver seat. "It's been a while since i raced with you...let's do this." She said getting in the car and i followed pulling up to the start line.
"Why am i not surprise they are in here," Mary asked as she looked in the back of the seat. "You know Chucky and Nagini doesn't like to be alone," i said getting out the car and walking over to Malakai shaking his hand. "Race over her carver bridge to dead men's corve, first one back here wins," i said letting his hand go as Cheryl and Toni walked to the start line. "Damn"

"Right" i heard Mary replied as Cherry walked pass us. "Keep your eyes to yourself Mel" i heard Jughead said as i looked over to him and winked at him.
"What are you doing?" i asked Archie and Jughead as they got closer. "I'm coming with you," Archie said hoping in the back. "I just came for a kiss," Jughead said grabbing the side of my face and pulling me closer to him our lips met for a short while then he leaned back. "Good luck babe," He said walking back over to the crowd. Walking over to the car i hopped in "I thought it was a joke but you and Jughead huh?" i heard Archie said from the back. "Shut up" i replied and i heard him chuckled.
"Engines warm and ready ladies and gentlemen," Cherry said i nodded. Cherry lifted her red scarf up and as soon as it went down i took off. "Man I missed this" Mary said i glanced and her and smiled.

"Mel we're coming up to the bridge," Archie said in a panic. "I got this" i replied back to him. "It's to narrow for both of us Mel" I ignored him still racing. "Mel we should abort," Archie said. "And let them win"
"We will both crash on that bridge"
"They Serpents are joining the ghoulies over my dead body Archie," i said looking at him in the review mirror as i continued to race. "Sorry man right I'm not done with those terms," Archie said pulling the emergency brake. We served a little and came to a stop, getting out the car we watch the ghoulies race on. "Why would you do that?" i yelled at Archie grabbing ahold of him about to punch him. "I promise you Mel you're going to thank me for this" Archie said bear hugging me. That's when i heard the police sirens before my mind could process my feet started running towards it. "Mel, wait" Mary yelled as she ran at me "Mel stop" Archie yelled this time.
As i came closer i saw the whole police department there. "Come on Mel we gotta go," Mary said wrapping her arm around my shoulder and pulling me back to the car.

Pulling up everyone was running "Come on come on we got to go right now," i said to everyone one of our people. "You called the cops, you won't side with the Ghoulies but you will with the Copa," Tallboy said walking up to me, Jughead pulled me behind him "Calm down tall boy you think the Queen knew that Keller will be there," Jughead yelled at Tallboy. "I called Keller" Archie yelled above us. "What the hell Archie, did FP tell you about this too" i yelled turning towards him. "No this was my idea to get rid of the ghoulies and it worked they get arrest for street racing and now they're off the chess board"
"For how long one month, three months you know what they're going to want on the other side, your head on a stack...all of ours" i yelled pushing him and walking back to the car. Jughead got in the passenger side and Betty had to sit on Mary's lap as i speed off avoiding the sirens.
Dropping Betty, Mary, i headed to my place, fed Chucky and Nagini and went straight to bed.
