Chisa's Pov

I was busy getting my chemistry homework done when the door bell suddenly chimes.

"Chisa, can you get that? My hands are covered in flour."

"Okay mom."

I got up dropping my pencil and rubber then went to answer the door.

"Hello, good morning!"

It was the girl who Chase's family claim to be his fiance. There were two strong looking guys behind her, one of them had a case.

"What do you want?"

She snapped her finger and the dude with the case flipped it open, revealing layers of cash.

"This is fifteen billion dollars. All this will be yours if you leave Chase."

This girl has the audacity to come to my house and offer me money to leave my boyfriend!

"You could do a lot with this money, even move out of this tiny cottage."

She said and the guy closed the case.

I could barely contain my anger just being next to her.

"I don't want your money and I'm just fine living in my little cottage."

I closed the door in her face and went back to my work. Doesn't she have no shame?

"How dare you reject my offer you commoner! You're going to regret doing this. Let's go."

They left.

Chase is from a wealthy family though my mom and I are pretty average. I pray that one day they'll accept our relationship. I'll have to go over to his house later to check up on him, London said he caught a cold and even missed a major match.

The team won in the end. It's a good thing they could still survive without the captain though they had a rough time and struggled.

I like cosplaying so I'll dress up like a nurse and take care of him, but wouldn't that be embarrassing?! My cheeks blazed at the thought. I'm going to do it!

I've put together some stuff I think he's going to need, orange juice, snacks and my nurse uniform.

"Mom. I'm going to see Chase, he's not feeling well. "

"Okay. I hope he gets better soon."

I left the house and went over to his place, standing in front of the gate, I saw tons of people elegantly dressed and there were expensive cars parked everywhere. What's going on? Is this a formal part? Even classical music was playing, talking about gag.

My eyes caught London in a beautiful royal blue dress with her boyfriend in a suit. She saw me and came over.

"I didn't know a formal party was in session,"

"It's a congratulatory party for my mother on her opening of a top class hotel in France."

I didn't really want to go since I'm concerned about Chase and how he was feeling. I was really out of place.

"Don't worry, you can come inside."

I followed her into the house and felt so uncomfortable with people staring at me, when we came to the hallway, she stopped at his room door.

"How is he feeling?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure. He refuses to leave his room and even bolts the door to prevent anyone from coming inside. Thank goodness you came Chisa, he'll definitely open up when he finds out you're here."
