Chapter 4

"Sir Isaac Newton was the first person to discover  gravity, the law of gravity."

Mr. Auburn my physics teacher pointed the ruler at the board before turning to the class. I was carefully taking notes glancing up at the teacher each second when something lightly hit me behind the head.

I looked behind me but everyone was busy paying attention to the teacher. Someone just hit me with a paper ball.

"Miss Grand, please pay attention. You have exam next week."

Mr. Auburn said and I quickly turned to face him.

"Y-Yes sir."

I went back to taking notes as he continued to speak. Physics was one of my favorite areas of learning, my grades were always good. I don't want to fail or let Mr. Auburn down.

I felt someone hit me with another paper ball and I quickly turned around again.

"Miss Grande, we're you listening to me?"

Mr. Auburn asked sternly.

"Sir, someone keeps hitting me with a paper ball."

I protested.

He adjusted his glasses and his eyes scanned the classroom.

"If it happens again, I'll definitely find the culprit. Who ever keeps hitting Chisanna with that paper ball please stop, this is not a play room."

He went back to teaching and the paper balls stopped coming at me.

¦half an hour later.

"Yes. I got all my equations right, even the diagrams."

Physics class was over, we had Physical Education next so I'll have to change into my gears.

"Good job Chisanna."

Mr. Auburn commending me and I smiled.

"Thank you sir, I will not fail the exam."  I told him leaving the classroom.

Chase and I exchanged numbers a week ago, It took me two hours to finally give it to him. He really saved me on that night.

I entered the girls restroom to change into my gears when I felt my phone vibrated. Someone sent me a message. Walking into one of the empty compartments, I closed the door at my back.

I took out my phone. It was a message from chase.

Sender: Chase
Do you want to have lunch with me on the roof of our school?

Our school had an open area on the roof, it was a beautiful view but was off limits during class hours. I sent him a message that I would like to.

Ok, I'll see you there.

I changed into my gears and went to playing area. Walking down the hall with my bag and water, I slightly Brushed my hair in front of my eyes. I didn't like when people look into my eyes. I also cut my hair a little, the length makes me look even more weird. They were going to have a burial at the cemetery after school, I didn't know the family of the deceased but I'd like to be there.
