I lent against the wall in the girl's restroom, It feels like my heart was going to explode, I touched my chest flushing intensely. I've never been kissed like that, it was so hot and my head felt light.

My stomach - is still fluttering, I bent down with my forehead against my knees. I was so nervous and flustered having him kiss me, I couldn't give an answer.

Oh God, what should I do? I like him but I really can't tell him, It's hard. Remembering how his lips felt, makes my heart beat out of control.

If I tell him my feelings, wouldn't that be confessing? Ahh! I hate having to do that - though I do like him.

The student council President's younger sister confessed to him also. The student council's body has authority in this school, given to them by the principal.

I got up from the ground.

Two girls entered and I turned to the sink turning on the tap.

"Did you hear? Maya's younger sister confessed to the captain of the school basketball team."

The two girls were talking to each other while they applied light shades of makeup in the mirror.

"Ehh? For real?"

"Everyone's talking about it, the school's basketball captain is such a hottie. I'm so jealous! She's brave for confessing, I couldn't do it."

The girl with long red dyed hair shrilled brushing her lashes with mascara.

"Are they going to start dating?"

The other girl asked popping her lips.

"Of course, I mean the basketball captain wouldn't so no to Allison."

"Like I know a lot of girls who have their eyes on him, hm! Allison has some competition."

They both laughed, I glanced down at the sink and a sigh escaped my lips. Competition uh, I really won't tell him - my feelings. When he told me he liked me, it didn't look like he was lying and the way he kissed me.

I touched my mouth blushing. If I don't give him an answer, I'm sure he'll start dating the student council president's sister. I really don't know how I'll feel seeing them together.

"Look, it's the witch. She was listening to us."

The red head spoke with contempt looking at me and my eyes shifted to the ground.
"Don't get too close to her, you might be followed by ghosts!"

The other girl stepped back with a shriek. I'm not a witch!

"Tell me, why do you like the cemetery?"

The red head asked and I walked past them.

"None of your business."

I said leaving the restroom, don't they have anything better to do than put on makeup?

I ran off before I could give him an answer, I tried not to think about the kiss he gave me because that would only make my heart race more.

A lot of girls like Chase, he has no problem of finding a girlfriend. Probably if I ignore my feelings, it'll be better.

I'm going home early today, there weren't much students at school since exams were finished and most were busy with preparations for the school festival.

Outside was fairly cool and most of Chesapeake's High school students were chattering in groups. A gasp escaped my lips seeing Chase, he was with playing Chess with a guy from a different school. There were a number of students watching, including Allison. She was sitting close to him.
