Today is April 23rd, 2026. I turned 25 today. The twins are now 20. Elizabeth is training to be an Aeronautical Engineer while Thomas is a pilot for the US Air Force. He made it work for him, medical waiver and all. He was truly an exceptional pilot. I think I made a good impression on him with that. He seems happy and that's all I could ask for.

Oliver had inherited his 4.2 million almost two years ago. Being the smart man he is, he invested and received profits that quadrupled. He's currently working in Washington, DC as a Domestic Specialist in the Peace Corp. He seems to be doing fine. At least that's what his wife tells me. He still doesn't talk much, but I guess we're all used to that now.

Trinity is 24 and recently engaged to this guy she met in grad school. I think his name was Christian something. I can never really remember which always makes me feel bad when she's talking about him. She can never stop talking about him or their baby on the way in just a short five months. I couldn't be happier for her.

I know you were probably hoping that Trinity and I would end up together. Although we admitted to each other a few years back that we were each other's first love, we also knew that feeling was gone. We're forever thankful to each other for our growth, but now she's just my best friend and one of the few people I treasure.

As for me, I'm Technical Sergeant Benning of the United States Air Force. I've been deployed twice during my service. I've seen good and bad, realizing that both of these two spectrums make me grow. I've been dating this amazing girl for two years now and I'll work up the courage to propose to her sometime this week. I've written two books, both of them miraculously reaching bestseller lists now. I still draw. I visited my mother in prison twice. The first time, she was still strung out, getting drugs from the same security guards who were supposed to be helping her. The second time, she seemed almost normal, the prison transfer seemingly beneficial for her.

I'd just like to say that this was definitely a love story. I've grown to love myself, past and future. I learned about who I was, who I want to be, and who I really am. I know who I am.

Now you do too.

A/N: Thank you so much for being with me on this journey. I can only hope you learned and grew from these chapters. I hope that my character connected with you in any way. I hope you want to come back and reread this story. I have no idea about the next book I want to write, but I'll be sure to let you know.
