*Sorry this one's kinda short ^^' *
England was in the midst of a war. It seemed as though all of the world's countries were fighting each other. He was running around shooting and trying not to get shot. He was looking for any of his allies and keeping a look out for his enemies.
Secretly he was also hoping to see if Savina was alright or not. Even though she was on the other side he still loved her and hoped that no harm would come to her.
Suddenly there was an explosion not too far of and a feminine scream was cut short during it. On a whim the Brit ran towards it. Once he got within clear sight of the area he froze.
Laying in a growing puddle of her own blood, with her right arm and most of her right leg missing, was Savina.
Suddenly Arthur was moving again, numbly stumbling over to her and dropping to his knees beside her.
Shakily he reached out and tried to find her pulse. It was weak and slow but there.
Amelia's sky blue eye weakly fluttered open and focused on him.
"I-iggy?" She questioned hoarsely, causing blood to fall from her mouth when she spoke.
"Shh. I'm here love. Save your strength." He began to cry, carefully pulling her to be cradled softly against his chest. "You-you're gonna be okay."
Amelia shook her head, letting herself rest heavily against her friend.
"No... need... to... cry...... I know... my time... is... up..." Her voice was getting quieter and her breaths were coming less frequently.
Arthur began to cry harder, stubbornly repeating that she'd be okay. She hushed him by sighing and nuzzling weakly into his neck.
"I love you... my sunshine..." Her final words fell in a whisper and a soft smile printed on her lips as she fell eternally still.
"Amelia? Amelia!" Arthur realized that she was gone, and that she really wasn't coming back.
He broke into loud, broken wails. He cried out her name over and over but she would never hear. Finally the Allies and the Axis found him, holding Savina's body close as he sobbed.
"I love y-you too, love." He whispered against her forehead when he'd calmed a bit. "I'm so sorry."

Arthur jolted away, looking around his dark room. It felt empty and lonely.
The nightmare hadn't been a dream but more of a memory. More tears raced down his face as he thought about it. The only difference between the dream and the reality was that Amelia was still alive.
Arthur rolled over, now facing his loving girlfriend. She was laying on her left side, facing him. Her incredibly long, golden blonde hair was splayed out all behind her. Her sky blue eyes were shut gently and her breaths were slow and even.
Iggy raised his left hand and placed his fingertips lightly on in right arm. He traced his hand down her arm, feeling the smooth, warm metal.
She'd lost her entire right arm and from just above her right knee down. It'd been replaced by functional mechanical parts. She'd gotten used to using the metal replacements. They were directly connected to her nervous system so that they'd move like her real limbs. However, Arthur had seen a sad look in her eyes every once in a while when she looked at the limbs.
Amelia suddenly stirred, opening her bright eyes and looking at her lover's mournful gaze.
"Arthur? What's wrong?" She asked, propping herself up on her left arm.
"Just a bad memory." He stated dully, dropping his hand back to his side.
"The bomb?" She asked.
He nodded.
"You died though." He stated bluntly.
"But I'm here." Amelia whispered, gently grabbing his hand and pulling it to her chest, where her heart beat strongly. "I haven't left you."
She carefully laid back down, leaving England's hand on her chest, where he continued to feel her heartbeat. After a bit he retracted his hand to pull her into his arms.
Savina nuzzled into his chest and draped her metal arm over his side.
"I love you my sunshine." She whispered.
"I love you too, poppet." He replied, allowing a small smile. "I'm so glad that I have you with me."
