i got down on one knee in front of diamond as all my friends, and even some strangers started cheering and recording us.

diamond was smiling. oh my god, she's so beautiful.

i started talking.

"diamond. we've known each other for a small amount of time, but it feels like we've been here for each other for a while. you are so beautiful, smart, and kind, and i would love it if we could make each other happy if we are dating. diamond, will you be my girlfriend?"

"ahhh, yes, stokeleyyyyy." she yelled, happily.

i gently grabbed her hand and slid on a promise ring.

"i promise to never leave you." i said genuinely.

"i'm never going to leave you, too." she said.

she came up to me and hugged me really tight and we swayed each other back and forth.

everyone was cheering and congratulating us.

"i love you." i said.

i began to regret saying that. i don't even know what love is. hopefully i will treat diamond right, vise versa.

i never gave anyone a promise ring either because most people don't keep their promises and are fakes.

"i love you, too." she said and smiled.

now i'm relieved. i thought she wasn't gonna say it back.

we were about to walk back to the squad, hand in hand, but then they all ran up to us.

"woahh." i said, while laughing and backing up.

"ahhhh, y'all are so cute!" diamonté said.

"you did it, vro." jahseh said.

everyone was congratulating us.

i felt so happy at this moment and i could tell diamond was happy, too.

"i have to take your guys' picture!" shakira said.

"no, you really don't have to. it's okayyy." diamond said.

"bullshit. come over here." shakira said.

we all laughed as she took a few pictures.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS, STOKELEY! PUT YOUR ARM AROUND HER AND KISS HER OR SOMETHING!" shakira said because our pictures were 'dry.'

"fine." i said.

i put my arm around her and we both gave genuine smiles.

"BITCH! WHAT THE FUCK DID I SAY ABOUT KISSING HERRRRR!?" shakira said, goofily.

diamond looked at me lustfully and i leaned in and kissed her, passionately.

we pulled away and shakira showed us all of the pictures.

"wow, you should be a photographer." diamond said.

"eh. i'm not sure, but thank you." shakira said,

she sent us the pictures and we both posted them.

i put my caption as
'we started off as close friends🧸
somehow you turned into my girlfriend😍💍'

i had to quote lil baby, i'm sorry.

diamond posted hers and put the caption as
'our journey starts now🥰💘'

our phone started blowing up, so we turned off notifications.

after 2 hours of being at the island, the boat was about to leave.

we grabbed our things and went onto the boat.

we were now sitting on the boat and i saw one of the workers with a black eye.

i wonder what happened to him
